I like Vette, and although the romance during the class story was a bit slow, it was cute and enjoyable. I would’ve 100% stayed with her on my main SW if BioWare had chosen to keep the character around. But she hasn’t made an appearance since KOTET, probably in part due to the option to kill her. Because of that though, I chose to stay with Lana and break up with Vette. Once I complete all the Class Stories, I plan on creating another Sith Warrior, and that one will definitely remain with Vette. If BioWare ever actually takes the time to rehire some of the voice actors and Vette makes an appearance in Legacy of the Sith, be sure to make an updated romance compilation. Great video 👍💯
Actually, BioWare has already said that for the male SW, Vette is his canon lover, so that isn’t the reason. I believe the reason is that Catherine Taber is just done with Star Wars. She voiced Mission Vao in the OG KOTOR from 2003, both Padme and Numa from the Clone Wars in 2008, Leia in both Force Unleashed games, returned as Numa in Rebels, she was in Ep 7 The Force Awakens, Vette from SWTOR in 2011, she’s been in countless Star Wars games to voice Padme, and most recently, she was in Mandalorian season 3. I believe she just said that she’s given all she can to Star Wars, as she’s been voice acting for Star Wars characters for 20 years now. However, don’t quote me, but I remember her saying that somewhere. 🤷🏻♂️ I’m pretty sure I also read that she’s going out from Star Wars with a bang. The KOTOR remake is coming soon, so she’s reprising her role as Mission Vao. And I believe she said, and I quote: “I believe there’s one more adventure left in the tank for Vette and her Sithy lover… or friend… maybe even master; whatever you chose to be to my lovely Vette”. How do I remember it word for word? Because I love Taber and all that she’s done for Star Wars. Vette is also my favorite romance in any video game and my favorite side character in SWTOR! I also thought the quote was funny, and I have good memory for things like that lmao. Hopefully we’ll see a little bit more for romance dialogue soon to at least end it with them living happily ever after lmao. 😂

Quick question: How do you equip stuff (gear and customization skin) onto a companion for their reintroduction cutscene? I know it probably applies to reruns of a quest in veteran mode and stuff, but the very first time would be cool too.
@@DA-to6gi So you have to "summon" them early (before their canonical return) and reequip them then? Or do they just keep on what they have before you jump into Chapter 1 of KotFE?

Everything you equip in a companion appears on the cutscenes too.

@@ShadowQuickpaw kotet is a special case, equip them items after it. Just equip them kn the companions that appeared in the story
