the rust weathering in my opinion is one of the most skilled abilities in this hobby. to get it to look like this shows your skill. love how it turned out

My favourite casting just got a while lot better. Genius move with the weathering and the wheels are bad to the bone. Keep the builds coming mate.

Always great stuff. I'm a dry brusher myself, and it does take practice but it's more durable than the powders I find

There's a lovely casting under all that original paint. Not a vehicle I'm familiar with Keith; what kind of van is that? Whatever it is, it looks better now. I'm always puzzled how a manufacturer with so many *decades* of experience can make so many poor decisions with what they do to castings. I think a lot of the stupid tampos/decals were used to hide rough finishes but why was the paint always so thick? Tastes vary and change over the years but there were some bizarre paint choices made. It's no wonder so many people are now "customizing" these models; 9/10 look so much better with the original paint gone - this is no exception.👌

Love those Big Time wheels.....I got a big box of those cars from a flea market. Asked the guy how much...5 a car...told him I would take everyone for 2.50 a car. think i got 30 of them from him.

Sup Keith, that was very cool and you do an awesome job on the weathering, man that looked real. i would like to see you do an old Eagle Redline Indy Car, painted up like an AJ Foyt ,or Bobby Unser ,or Mario. and really weathered, like a Barn Find of one of their old race cars. that you hear happens from time to time. i think it would be a very neat Build. i know i would love it.LOL again great build sir Keith. Just a Hint Keith, Iam a big Indy Car and 500 Fan, My birthday is always near or on the Indy 500 every year as well as i live an hour away from the Speedway.I wouldnt be at all mad sir if you could do a Indy Car build like this for a b-day present to me on May 28th ,from one of my favorite builders.. LOL LOL
