Troubleshooting a LabVIEW install

I had some issues after installing LabVIEW and the ELVIS tools on my computer -- probably because of previous installs or too many other software changes. LabVIEW and the ELVIS tools seemed slow and wouldn't recognize the ELVIS board. This video shows some steps I took to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
