When i turn it on and connect it it just connects one pair after that when i try to fix it it connects to the other pair it wont pair at the same time

I have the same problem but i watch one of the dude from youtube you just have to get the buds from the case then double tap one of them then wait till it says bluetooth connected then connect it in you phone.

Go to your smartphone bluetooth settings and find tws4. Then delete it. Turn of your bluetooth. Then turn bluetooth on again and reconnect. It should pair with both earpods again.
