- In this video, we tried headphones that had a broken micro USB charging port. after we found that the battery is also dead. It blocks the charging of the earphones because It is at zero volts. so we proceeded to resuscitate the battery with 12v up to the threshold of 3.8v so that it could start charging. The result is perfect and the headphones are well recovered.

Dans cette vidéo, nous avons essayé des écouteurs dont le port de charge micro USB cassé. après nous avons constaté que la batterie est également morte. hi dear, first thanks for watching, I think that the charging adapter or the cable does not pass the minimum necessary current
electrical (intensity or voltage) for the load. so try to test another cable or charger before any other intervention.
Oops mine happens that it shows the % of the battery and does not charge the headphones. Before it worked normally.

Hi dear friend; you can revive the battery : tray to conet it with 12v charger for some minutes and controle here voltage with multimetre. And them youvcan use the 5v charger to conitue the charging. Watch the video from 5min to the end.

hello friend, yes of course, there is always hope in this life. I wonder if you have already opened the box or not? do the headphones charge or not even if the lcd screen does not turn on? if they charge it's just the screen that isn't on, so open the box and see if a wire has been unsoldered or cut. and if no display and the earphones also do not charge it is most likely that just the battery is low. you should try to charge it outside the case. if doesn't work if it's dead and should change it.
Thanks for the reply I have opened up and it all looks intact . The earbuds work fine I just can’t see info on screen or know if power bank is fully charged.

@@abenezerteshome520 sorry, if it's connect and no sound on one side, surely you shoud diagnostic the wire, but if tere are no sound in both of them right and left, it seam that the probleme comes from sitings.
