Hey i have my jbl tws4 the left side has stopped completely even it doesn't say that connected or power off and on but it sensor still works it pauses song and can make phone calls but doesn't talk
When i put my earbuds back to it charging thingy, all it does is blink...i charged it for a long time but when i took it it didn't turn on but it keeps blinking when it is connected to the charging thingy h e l p
If theres anyone here to answer me, when my right earbud is lowbat, i charge it but it colors blue but when i use it it says battery low again can someone tell me whats wrong i will really appreciate. Right earbud problem not charging
I have the same problem but i watch one of the dude from youtube you just have to get the buds from the case then double tap one of them then wait till it says bluetooth connected then connect it in you phone.
Go to your smartphone bluetooth settings and find tws4. Then delete it. Turn of your bluetooth. Then turn bluetooth on again and reconnect. It should pair with both earpods again.

My jbl was broken but it's the magnet that was in the case so it's hard to charge and the right one's sensor was broken
