  • Talk's Kevin O'Sullivan is joined by political and social commentator James Melville to discuss Labour's budget plans.
The discussion comes as Rachel Reeves blamed the previous Conservative government for a £20bn budget hole which meant winter fuel allowances would be cut for pensioners.
The pair also discuss the climate pledges of the Labour government and how it will all fit in with the Chancellor's budget plans.Click here for more from Talk talk.tv

What about Ed Miliband sending £11.6 billion abroad so we can lead the world on climate change when our emissions is only 1% of the global total. That money should be spent in this country!!!
