Good review. You just saved me some $ as I was thinking of getting a jet boil for Mum for Xmas - Looks like she is getting an APG and the money saved can buy me another fishing rod. Not sure if you will be doing to many more cook ups in the Te Urewera huts the way things are going down (being burn't down) down your way.

It's a good size Dave but may be too small for putting those packet meals in if you are in to those meals. But can't beat the size for a quick cuppa coffee or soup out in the bush or fishing. Ali is great alright🤘🏾
Great review mate... been looking at APG as an alternative to Jetboil. Also been a subscriber from your early days. If I get back to NZ after all the COVID crap subsides, I'll drop in and have a brew or fish with you. ... Maybe pick up some Kahawai or Flounder on the fly!! Cheers 🍻

Jetboil is a rip off, but people go for the name lol, this is a great product and I use it all the time

Hi Mike does the unit have a good temperature regulator,? the jet boil only really has off or full throttle. Cheers Eric
This one regulates the temp quite well though, takes a few turns to get it pumping
