Great job 🎉 I love the look. I also have a 20x20 garage. To recreate the look you have what was the break down ordering the the black and ordering the grey? Much appreciated!
They are still holding up great! The edge guard did not last as it lost its grip to the floor over time. Currently have no edge guard and they still are holding up great.
Looks great! Curious to know (sorry if I missed it watching the video in sections) but how well do these drain water from washing cars with that border edge on? Or do you have floor drains? I'm thinking the water gets trapped at the garage door? Also, the links for the Vevor tiles are not the ones in the video FYI. Thanks.

So I ordered the vevor flooring and idk if they have upgraded to a new version but these ones here they don’t sell this type in the grey anymore. They still do in black, blue, and green
Well, lets say its in place. But the adhesive is already coming off the concrete floor. I'm debating on caulking it onto the floor. It only comes loose if you catch it with your foot.
It appears to be the ‘modern’ style. Looks like there is only one color now… green. I would just get them direct from the vevor link in my description for more color options.
did you happen to find a better solution for the tile edge guard, super interested in the VEVOR system, but only hesitating because there is no edge guard made specifically for this.
for how long you had it, hows the durability and any known issues? I am comparing this to saferack vs this its like 40% OFF, getting 10 boxes from Amazon for like 598 shipped? About to just hit purchase in the next two hrs before the deal goes away LOL
Thanks for posting. I'm in the air between these tiles or epoxy. My only concern is for my woman. I'm afraid she might twist her ankle if she wears heels and walks on the tiles.
Not going to lie, the vevor tiles look very cheap and flimsy, esp when you were holding one up and it was bending quite a bit. I run swisstrax tiles for my garage and they look and feel much more substantial. Kudos if it works for you, but I was looking for a 20+ year solution for my project.
@@ApexClubRacerYou paid $5,000 for some plastic so I’d sure hope so lmao There’s literally no difference. I just did my 500sq ft garage for 600 bucks my buddy has Swisstrax and they’re identical size shape & are even interchangeable. (These Vevor ones are 12” so they’re a bit smaller)

For the edge entrance strip, did you go with the 20ft, 3MM, 5MM or 10MM???
Just wanted to order the right size like your video
@@KnockTsuKow it should be the exact product in the link. 20ft 10mm
@@EMtesla1 thank you
Did the rubber tape last longer?
What is the black and gray ratio did you buy for your setups? Very nice btw
my question with this type of floor,if you drip oil or something it will go through to the floor also if you drop a screw it can fall through
yeah or eventually they will be full of trash....
Bros got a Tesla there is no oil lol

Nice job..how are the titles holding up and the edge guard?
Tiles are still holding up great, the edge guard with the heat down here no longer sticks. I may have to look into a new edge guard.
How satisfied are you with the tiles today? They holding up well?
They are still holding up great! The edge guard did not last as it lost its grip to the floor over time. Currently have no edge guard and they still are holding up great.
@EMtesla1 thank you for the prompt reply. Did you happen to see what youtuber @IMJOSHV used for a transition piece? I think I'm going to try that.

yea, unfortunately; they don't sell the edge guard for this brand.
I installed these and my front wheel drive car causes them to curl up and slip apart. What can be done?
I'm not sure how they would curl up unless you turn the wheels sharply left and right without moving forward or reverse.

Great video! I was waiting for a full review of these Vevor tiles. Thanks for the content.
My pleasure!
Amazing work! I have a 650 sq ft garage. How many do you think i need?
i have 642 sf ft, 10 boxes I ordered.
I am looking at purchasing this. How have they held up? How has your edge guard held up? Thanks!

Are you able to use a full size car jack to jack up a car and also jack stands?
use plywood under the jack stand
Nice video, How many tiles did you use ? I have a similar size garage.
So I ordered the vevor flooring and idk if they have upgraded to a new version but these ones here they don’t sell this type in the grey anymore. They still do in black, blue, and green
I've noticed the ones I have, are harder and harder to find now.
what transition did you use at the ends? vevor don't setll those.
The link is in the description
What description why not just show it?
What colour is that? Graphite or silver?
Silver
Can you roll around on the floor with a creeper or detailing chair? And how are they holding up?
Yea my chair rolls around on it fine. The tiles still look new as of today 7-9-24
@@EMtesla1 do they hurt your feet without shoes on?
I would not say hurt, but after a few minutes can be uncomfortable.
@@EMtesla1 thank you!
How do you get the trapped dirt out?
Vacuum
I have a rough floor finish, and some parts were not even. Will this be a problem?
I'm not how this would work on uneven floor to be honest.
Won’t dirt and etc just build up over time? Looking into this solution or massive ones
I shop vac mine out. Also a leaf blower works great.
That's the point
How does the edging strip hold up? Thanks!

Thank you so much, i am in SW FL, and epoxy is popular but i have heard horror stories about it with heat. Curious, what is the color on the walls?
It’s a light brown color. Came with the house haha

@EMtesla1 Nice video. Which style did you buy from Amazon? Protection, Modern or Retro?

not yet no, I'm still using that rubber ramp seal. It works fine, I just need to find a way to secure it to the concrete.
I have heard that the Swiss trax edge works with this floor. Maybe look into that.
@@jwettig2275 I’ve heard it does not. Guess I will just have to buy and find out!
Hello! How many boxes you used for grey and black tiles?
Your garage floor size may be different. For mine I got 5- of the 50 pcs boxes and 4 -of the 50 pcs grey.

still holding up great, no issues as of Jul 21st, 2024. No sun fade either!
@@EMtesla1 thank you and your video is super helpful, anything you can share pls let us know THX BUD>
Would these crack using a floor jack to raise a car?
I placed a piece of plywood under the jack just in case.
Have you had any issue with wind blowing dirt/stuff in and it getting under the tiles? Or non issue?
Dirt will get under the tiles. Simply vacuum with shopvac or leaf blower out.
@@EMtesla1 thanks!

I don’t like these as dirt talked underneath gotta get solid ones that allow air underneath
looks great, do you live anywhere where it snows? wonder how it is with snow and rain.

Floors look nice. Where did you get the light? Thing is sick!
I made a video on this... th-cam.com/video/VPlLiqgr0f4/w-d-xo.html&lc=Ugzdj9zDVNLarBWnFpJ4AaABAg

So far so good! 1 week of use and no signs of damage due to weight of my tesla.
Where did you find the lip….held with 3M tape? That’s the only thing holding me back.

I'm pretty sure the heel will not fit through a crack of these tiles. They'd have to be very very tiny heals.
I have a 21x24 garage? How many tiles I would need to do the whole garage?
504
Run the calcs. No very hard to do
