      @@winko567 Hey!! That's definitely something I want to do in the future, but I'll have to keep using it consecutively for a while, because of my job I'm challenged to try a lot of new tools and to see *real* results from them, I have to use them exclusively, So I was testing out microneedling after this and wanted to see how that worked on its own, and took a break from the solawave.

    I've had mine for a while and I like it. Has reduced my fine lines at 38. But the other day I tried to use it on my boyfriend's face and it wouldn't work. I put it to my face, it turns on. I then put it in his face and nothing happens. We tried for several minutes in all different positions. Then I put the wand on his right cheek and put my hand on his left cheek and it started working! So basically I've concluded that my bf is not human and Solawave has saved me from marrying an alien who might kidnap me for human experiments. Thanks Solawave 😂

    I’m so proud for you. Brains, Beaty and guts! I’m quite a bit older (69 in oct) unfortunately started aging at age 38, due to lupus) so I can see the difference even at my age. So you are doing a great job with reinforcing my beautify routine which are hit and miss. I do the Opatra mask on the face along with LUMINA Mini Glow, then if I have time I get the big guns out and do the LUMINA Fat Iron. I did my own test with the Fat Iron on my left forearm and then my left hand woah what a difference. At my age I just don’t want to terrify people when I go out without makeup. It’s working!

    So what I’ve been doing about the serum and keeping my face wet I try and make sure my face is wet before I apply it, Either with toner or I use La roche posay thermal water spray. But like you said my skin just sucks up the serum, so instead of wasting money reapply which is what I was doing initially, I will just respray it with the thermal water periodically just to get the gel wet.. idk if that’s the correct way by scientific standards but it has been working for me so far.

    I always have a hard time believing people truly see a difference with this tiny devise because red light needs to sit on the skin and not keep moving it and microcurrent is cool but you need to continue use to keep seeing results otherwise you lose the small results you get. I always just suggest saving your money and getting a true red light mask if it’s something you really want in your routine.

    • @slashedbeauty
      @slashedbeauty  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not 100% sure about using it after, I believe that would be okay - you can try it and see how your skin does. Vitamin C is fine ahead of time- as far as conductiveness it would have to be oil free.

    • @slashedbeauty
      @slashedbeauty  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, the NuFace one doesn't have aloe but it has hyaluronic acid. I'm moreso using it for the conductivity to get the microcurrent to work versus the benefits of the serum itself, and the NuFace one will last you much longer since it comes with more and you don't need as much for one treatment! Both serums give hydrating and plumping effects.

    • @slashedbeauty

      It should be consistently wet so the tool glided and the microcurrent can be passed into the skin via the conductive serum 😁

    • @heidikamrath1951

      Yes, but that gets expensive. I have the Foreo Bear Mini and I can use water mist to “re-hydrate” the serum so I don’t need to keep using more. This is probably also the case with this device and its serum.

    • @slashedbeauty
      @slashedbeauty  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! So I did recently try the Foreo Bear which I like, I think it depends if you also want the red light therapy which I believe helped with acne. The Foreo Bear has a stronger strength for microcurrent though so if that's what you're buying it for and you're already considering it, that may be the way to go. Though this is more travel friendly, etc. Each has its pros and cons!

    • @slashedbeauty

      You're entitled to trust whatever influencer you want-- most influencers will find a way to monetize the content they ~already plan on making~ because, that's what empowers us to continue to do this full time. TBH if this *didn't* work, negative reviews garner MUCH more views and ad revenue. But it did, I showed the before/after putting it to the test. My "business model" is to make the content I want to make, with my real opinions, and figure out how to get paid for it, whether that's joining the affiliate program or telling a brand, loved your product so let's work together. ☺️

    Beginning of aging at 20? That is why black skin they say don't crack. We black people start thinking of aging signs after 40
