Watched lots of videos, and as a salvationist percussion I gotta say this percussionist is fantastic! Just grooving everything is incredibly funny and cool!
Conductor please don’t do that. When conducting musicians who read always have sheet music on your stand. Otherwise it looks unprofessional take the task seriously. Many of those musicians could probably play by ear, but they understood their assignment
