My GB was 93% gangrenous at admission to emergency surgery, was told in the next 5-7 days I wouldn't have survived, I dialed 911 myself due to the excruciating pain, saved my life. I have to monitor my pancreas every 3 months, it's been rough but I'm alive, 🙏 good health to you.
My gallbladder was removed December 16th 2020 and I still have a tiny bit of pain in one spot after a month. Being 65, I can't bounce back as fast as you kids but I am glad mine is gone too. I am back to eating whatever I want and I have not had any problems with doing that. Glad you made it through all right.
I just had my gallbladder taking out this morning. So far the worst part is the gas that's moved up to my shoulders. Watching this helps just to know it get better day by day. This was my first ever surgery but just so glad to know I won't be having those excruciating attacks anymore.
Glad to see you recover, standing on your feet and happy again. Please continue to heal well. And now, that your gallbladder is out, please give us occasional updates on what life is like post-gallbladder surgery, in terms of digestions and overall well being. Take care
Gosh the part where she's going to the ER at 2:58 mins in, I just want to say I FEEL YOUR PAIN! I've been battling gallbladder attacks for over 5 years and doctors kept treating me for ulcers. Finally found a doctor who did a scan for me and I'm getting my op next week 😁 I hate the pain, fever and nausia
I swear your not the only one, I got lucky, and got a Ultra Sound right away. I don't know why they don't do this first thing if someone presents with upper right quadrant pain. I went to the DR and in less than 5 hours I got my diagnosis of Gallbladder Sludge.
Oh wow! I thought if you had gallbladder attacks, you had to have treatment or surgury to get it out. I didnt know you could live with it for FIVE years! I hope you are ok now. Can you tell
Thank you Lindsay! I’m getting my gallbladder out soon. You really helped me, you are beautiful 🤩 kind and full of sunshine ☀️. I just subscribed to your channel. I am so happy you are feeling better and this is behind you! I can’t wait to get it behind me, too! Xoxo 😘🤗💕☀️❤️

Wow 5 days in hospital. I had mine emergently removed at 1130am and was home by 6pm. Couldn't wait to get it out it hurt so bad. No pain meds or zofran helped. The incisions hurt but not as bad as those attacks.
I'm having mine out on the 22nd of November. It was a total surprise as I have pancreatitis so thought all my problems was from that. Thanks for your video it was very helpful. Glad to see your all better now. x

I've had mine out although I didn't want it out. Despite the warnings I was given but I had to surrender . They took it out and left with a drain post op. Which hurt the most.
I had my HIDA scan a few days ago, and my gallbladder didn't show up at all! Even after the morphine. Nothing. So they're like, yup. Time to take it out. I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow morning. Then in two more days, it's coming out. Cuz I guess it's not functioning at all... Thanks for sharing your journey. I'm a little less anxious because of this video. Thanks again!

I have been dealing with medical issues for YEARS Dr's keep gaslighting me. I have no immunodeficiency. SiBO. Hyperkinetic gallbladder at 91. And horrible gastroparesis . Bit Noone wants to get to the bottom of it or fix it. See GS next week hopefully I can start this journey to a better managed life. Found your video been binge watching them all. You give me hope. *no clue if you will see this sinces it is an old video* but thank you! ❤
Gallbladder pain is the worst thing ever. I had an 8 hour attack 3 days ago and throwing up bile because I really didn't eat anything that could trigger it. Usually apple juice with apple cider vinegar will help with the pain if anyone is going through this and can't get to the doctor right away. I usually juice my apples and add acv to it but it does take the pain away and you can drink the apple juice regularly to keep the pain down
I had my gallbladder removed over a month ago and ever since I woke up from my surgery I’ve had this intense nausea, tried different anti nausea medication and nothing helps, I have gastroparesis and I think it had to do with that, I’m so scared I feel so horrible and doctors don’t seem to believe me I don’t know what to do anymore I’ve never felt so nauseous in my life 😩
Thanks so much for posting this, girl! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that freaks me out!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!
Thank you for sharing ! I went to the er about a month ago found out I had gall stones and have been sick daily and on medication on a special diet since I was referred to a Suregon upon discharge from the er met with them that Monday and got my surgery date for Jan 15th and I am so nervous but I am so ready . I am so tired of the pain and being sick after eating
I had my GB removed in an emergency, 2 days before I went to the hospital I got sick after eating pizza and threw up, then I saw green bile….in the past when I had just been diagnosed with gastritis it had been acid. The next day I had the intense pain under my right ribs and decided to go to the hospital. I had the elevated heart rate but no fever, after the CT scan they said it was my gall bladder. After it came out the surgeon told me it was inflamed and full of pus. I was so surprised because I never associated my GI issues as being related to my gallbladder. I was in the hospital for 2.5 days, they kept me overnight after surgery because the doctor wanted me on antibiotics since I had the infection.
I have to get surgery for mine I’m scared my stomach looks very bloated that’s what made me go to the doctor and found it it’s my galbladder anyone else have the same issue

Omg I'm so sorry to hear that 😢 wish you a healthy recovery... Why did you had your gallbladder removed?
My mom is getting it removed right now and I just hope that she feels great after wards. Hope she heals fast ❤️
I have been sore I hope mine didn't need to come out
I went through a lot of the same things before I got mine out at The end of July. I was so sick. Throwing up a lot. I am doing a lot better. The only thing I don’t do well on is regular milk.
I’m the same way! I can’t do normal milk anymore has to be lactose free for me!
Hiii, waiting for mineee 😊
Do you know if your gallbladder issues were because of your POTS/disautonomia?
She has hEDS and gallbladder issues are common in hEDS

I can completely relate. Had the same exact experience. Took me 2-3 months to feel close to 100%.

It’s here and intense that even narco not helping. Is that something u feel also?
Thank you

TMI but looking for answers. I'm 13 days post op. Did you have any issues with diarrhea? I'm praying it goes away. Taking Metamucil and that seems to help some. Just normalcy back.
