Unfortunately these lads are never mentioned again, but I like to think that they actually founded a raider gang or a similar faction large enough to actually have a shot at bringing back sports like ice-hockey, baseball, soccer, boxing, etc.

One of the best things about the Fallout world (or any post-apocalypse, really) is sportsball is dead and buried, never to return.

i remember being able to wear it while wearing the winterized power armour, it was a bug or something but you could equip that mask (and abe's hat strangely enough) while wearing the power armour
did that in the 360 version of the game, idk if it worked anywhere else

Honestly, I always wished you had the option of taking the formula over to Sierra instead of Sudden Death Overtime. As a massive fan of Nuka Cola, she would be all over a never before released formula and maybe even make Nuka Cola Clear a possible consumable if you do by bringing her the ingredients needed to make it similar to Mississippi Quantum Pie.

This is a quick one. In FNV's Birds of a Feather quest with the Van Graffs, there will be a suicide bomber who attempts to enter The Silver Rush. If you don't let him in, he becomes hostile. After you and Simon kill him, if there is a body, Simon will say that you have to move the body, and some time will pass before the quest continues. If there is no body (i.e. he gets vaporized or goo-ified by a laser or plasma weapon, respectively), the quest will immediately continue.
I wish you could play the fallout version of baseball in fallout 4.

Wow, I looted this place multiple times and never knew about the formula. I thought Nuka Cola Clear was only a Fallout 4 thing, and that “murder ice hockey” thing sounds oddly similar to how Moe Cronin thinks of baseball.

You don't get a weapon, but if I recall correctly I thought you could get his mask if you killed him.

You can get a unique hockey mask, by killing the dude you sold the formula to. Not 100% sure, but I think you can reverse pickpocket it too
I love how fallout characters understanding pre-war sports is like, a reflection of real history. A lot of supposed to the death games throughout history were actually a lot less to the death so it's kinda fun seeing future people look at modern sports through the same brutal lens
This is one thing I love about fallout 3. I've only encountered then once in numerous playthroughs. I alwaysvseem to stumble on different paths and find different things in my runs its fantastic each session is unique
i think they're scripted to show only when you have the nuka-clear formula. and then only at that single spawn point. get his unique hockey mask- 15 AP free when worn

Fallout 3 is really such a good Fallout game, what was Bethesda thinking when they were making the newer instalments, maybe they stopped caring after Adam died and followed EA's ethics, that guy was the greatest artist for fallout, R.I.P great guy.

I kinda regret always killing them. They’re kinda nice compared to other gangs. But Im a nuka guy and gotta keep that nuka clear recipe so it’s almost always a face off.

I'm not sure if it's obscure enough to warrant a video, but if you search dean's stashes in Dead Money while traveling with him, dean has a bunch of lines grumbling about it and how he should have hidden them better. Surprised me, though i've only played DM a few times through

You can get another copy of the formula from Ledoux. After taking the formula from the safe, either drop or store it somewhere before talking to Ledoux. After talking to him you either have to kill him or (can't remember for sure if you can) pickpocket him.
First time I came across this I LOLed. This indeed is why I love playing this game, and yes, it would've been cool to get a hockey stick weapon out of the deal named, 'Ledoux's Slap Shot' or something.

There's a raider in Fallout 76 who used to be a college football player, but he got amnesia and now he just has vague memories of being a famous gladiator who fought with his team in an arena.

I had this quest glitch for me the first time I did it. I had deposited the formula at my base, and was still able to get the caps from ledoux, but now he just stands ther oustide red racer factory.
I always drop mine before I encounter Ledoux so I can get another copy from him :)

Yep, I think they even respawn in the same location. They hang out near an abandoned enclave camp. Seen them multiple times.
I absolutely love these guys they're one of my favorites I would love a whole fallout or DLC to go to these ice gang domes and fight they be so cool

Not gonna lie, this guy is pretty badass
So I found a weird thing with the Ice Gang once. First I cleared the Nuka Cola plant of enemies. Second, I convinced Sierra's neighbor, Roy, to go to the plant himself. With no one in the plant he simply never dies, but instead stands at the entry way where he normally would. Third I went to the Ice gang and sold them the formula, and after I shot the two Ice gang dudes in the head, and left the one woman there, despite her shooting at me. When I went to the plant a while later I found her standing where Roy used to be, and Roy was dead at her feet, and she just chilled there on his body saying the dudes let her play with their pucks.
This reminds me of micky (I think that’s his name) the guy that sells you baseball bats and gear

If you finish the Nuka Cola challenge quest before visiting the red racer factory this encounter won't trigger and you won't be able to get the mask.. uh I mean sell the formula..

Don't let LeDoux go. AFAIK, his hockey mask is the only headwear in the game that grants additional action points, no questions asked. It's a must-have for any VATS build.

Dude, please go back to your old outro. Hearing that wonderful and happy melodic little jingle as the words "The 'mo you know" appear on-screen in large, colorful, friendly letters, followed by the unexpectedly curt and concise quip, "get fucked," was easily my favorite part of your vids. I can't be the only one who feels this way. The line from New Vegas' Fisto (I think) is fun and all, but it doesn't quite fit with the jingle that precedes it. The 4 beats of the jingle, followed by two beats of silence, then two beats for "get fucked," equals a nice 8 beats total. That's two measures of 4 beats each, a nice, agreeable 4:4 timing. The Fisto line, however, goes on for 7 beats, which isn't divisible by 4, and is therefore unpredictable. It confuses the brain, and isn't nearly as pleasant and predictable, and when it comes to music, predictability is basically always a good thing. A song comprised of one measure of 4 followed by a measure of 7 will never sound good, but staying in 4/4 will almost never sound bad. Please bring back my beloved "get fucked" outro. :(

They all seem to stack, with 100 Sneak and Silent Running perk you are the invisible boss!.
