The $25 Case I Mentioned ▶ geni.us/6d8GAn
get some lens protectors... I'd hate for your next video to be, my battery scratched my AVP's lens
it's ok, don't worry, the feeling of boredom affects rich people in a large percentage
[3:40] Immediate issue with cases NOT specifically for VISION PRO, that battery in the $25 MQ3 case could bounce around and damage the lenses. The VP case has a specific barrier that protects the optical lenses….
[4:00] iPads and iPhones do not have profiles either, VP is basically an evolution of iOS or iPadOS…
[5:20] One Virtual display is sufficient if you think about it. I would bet that any other app you want to run you could open the native Vision app in it’s own window instead, like Safari | Calendar | FaceTime | etc., etc…
MQ3 is NOT even in the same LEAGUE, especially Build Quality;
CPU: M2+R1 > Snapdragon XR2 Gen2 |
RAM: 16GB > 8GB |
Ar | Mr | Vr: 2 Micro OLED 36 PPD > 2 RGB LCD 18 PPD |
Display: 3660x3220 > 2064x2208 |
Tracking Cameras: 6.5mp (x6) > 4mp (x4) |
Total Cameras: 12x > 6x |
Microphones: x6 > x3 |
Battery (Productivity): 120 min. > 60 min. |
Optical ID > Zero |
Eye Tracking > Zero |
LiDAR > Zero |
Plus: VP has a ton of Accessibility features to help people with disabilities. Not to mention fully compatible with a myriad of Keyboards | Trackpads | Gaming Controllers too…
🤔
This is just like when the iPad came out.... You could install phone apps on the iPad, but the experience wasn't there. It took a few years before the iPad really came into its own
I would advise caution if you are storing the battery pack in that Quest case like that. If it bounces around in your backpack or something, that battery case is loose and could smack right into the lenses, potentially breaking them. That case is a good find and I'd like to see more inexpensive options out there for storage, but they have to have a way to safely hold all the pieces and protect the super expensive Vision Pro.
And I have had the Quest 3 since it came out and I use it alot more than my Playstation VR2
I don’t know about storing the C battery by the lenses in that case
If i have it im gonna tradingview the heck out of it, like fricking 22 window of chart all around my house with 22 other app. Though that use case is not boring at all
If you want the experience of a huge screen, you can use a small screen and look at it with binoculars. I am sure that there are binoculars tat you can fix to your head.
I'll happily take it if you're so unhappy with the experience
I thought The Apple Vision Pro would focus more on 3D object manipulation.
We started with 600 apps we are at over 2000 less than 30 days later.
Zuck actually said quest 3 it's the best overall. And I agree... 4k to be an free Lab ratm not this time apple!
Apple watch the $1500 Quest pro flop and thought we can do it better at over $3500. 😢
Yooo that's 12 Oaks mall! Whut whut!
I'll wait for the samsung xr glasses.
😆
For half the price
If we choose to use it outside of movies and productivity, it will eventually disappoint until developers make more compelling reasons to buy it. I'm waiting on a few software updates to iron out the issues, and then I'll use it for work using apps and a laptop screen. Apps are being developed right now to increase the amount of computer screens to more than one.
I really don’t see the point of having more than one Mac Virtual Display when you can run most apps natively in VisionOS…
The iPadOS app work fine for the most part, and YES native Vision apps are soon to come.
Look at TH-cam, it took TEN days of VP to be release before they capitulated. Netflix and Spotify will come around too. It only hurts their bottom line not to…
🤔
@@superzero4250 I have more than one display on my desks. I need multiple screens for my workflow. Not everything can be replaced with a browser or iPad app. If the Vision Pro is going to replace my desks, it should also replace how I use them.
@@superzero4250
Some people do things that having multiple monitors make it a lot easier.
@@sonicsnake44 People have their predilections, and that is what their Mac’s are for. Vision Pro is an evolution of the iPad and the iOS / iPadOS platform. Multiple VIRTUAL screens, would require significantly more RAM than they could actually cram into VP’s form factor. It’s a bit like wishing a knife was a sword. Unfortunately for some people they are too focused on what it is NOT, to actually realize what VP is…
🤔
@@superzero4250 I have every confidence that Vision OS developers are at least as good as those devs who were able to have 3 screens in the Quest 2.
Your title says 20 days but you verbally said 30 haha
And I thought the return policy was 14 days.
I heard that some on units the glass is cracking for no reason one guy bought one and it was cracked the next day and apple are charging $300 to fix it even though its a design flaw
This was a solid video like your others, please consider less "click bait'ish titles and thumbnails." You have good content man, you don't have to game us or the algorithm to get us here.
I appreciate the comment Sadly that’s what has to be done to get views. 90% of my views comes from non subscribers so my titles and thumbs have to stick out. But there isn’t any click bait. It’s no bait switch. Any title I use is factual to what is being said. The thumbs can be outrageous and goofy but they’re still factual to the video.
I do appreciate your comments tho
Shocking that a $4000k TV only you can watch is boring.
4000k? Don't you mean 4 000 000?
it best reduce to 1k second hand
The main thing I want these days for a VR/AR headset is to travel and watch a movie with. The monitors would be great on it too if I started working again haha. Seems like a ton of potential, but def not worth getting yet. Prob a few more years off right now. I'll be sticking with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ tablet for movie watching when I travel. Great video as always!
TH-cam announced their Vision Pro app coming soon💁
Just give me a 16inch iPad Pro!
No way…
it’s boring because not that many people have it, same as the quest I play it and at times there a lot of people and it alright but at time it’s abandoned and boring
Apple is so lost without Steve Jobs
Cause they can't steal anymore? Look up Steve Jobs statement on stealing
Apple lost its 'soul' after Steve Jobs'. Tim Cook didn't even have the courage to use vision pro
🤣🤣🤣
Steve Jobs was sitting there trying to make the phones thin as possible making the battery life worse and refused to make a bigger iphone
@@BMWROYAL yeah... meanwhile I'm sitting here with my 2024 macbook pro which is thicker and worse built than my first macbook back in 2010 wondering how my 2013 Macbook Pro looks better.
Thanks for the video, now I have absolutely no interest in getting one
dude lol that case is a piece of trash. When you opened the case, there is no barrier between your battery and your lens. Those lens are going to break and scratch!
感觉并不实用,也许以后会变得更好
Basically every VR/AR headset. Its a chore, limited use, and expensive. Once the inital wow factor wears off... Not much really left
I think it comes down to software support and the tech improving.
@user-rr4fr8pf3j I don't know why anyone would be going cross-eyed? Motion sickness is a real issue to overcome but I don't know what you are trying to imply.
You shouldn't really be having any difficulties sitting down and watching a static image like Netflix in your headset. If you are having issues there is something wrong there.
GG
People actually use the Reddit app?
Heavily
Watch these same naysayers or mocking it, buy one in the future. Shame on you. Didn’t you say the same thing about the iPhone? And now you probably have one.
This product is a flop. Sorry man
I heard the same thing about the 1st generation of iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods….it is way too early to make that claim.
@@macman2141AR/VR is the future but this iteration is a flop. 3500 dollars and you can just put web browsers all over your house. We are a ways away before this becomes technically capable of being great. 5-10 years out. Buy a quest in the meantime to dabble
Damn I've only seen it for 30 days, and it already looks out dated with the big battery pack 😂😂😂
