Question2 answer - my vote goes to C ....after receiving change request first thing should be to go to CCB however there is no option for that so only most relevant could be review the contract.....others please comment on your answer.
Correct Ans A : Remember if you see the word change or change request, it has to follow the proper Change Control System. A proper change control procedure is explained in the project management plan

Shouldn't you asses fthe change first and know the impact before going to change controal board?
Good thought process. However, as per the change control process, it is important that we follow a certain direction which involves reaching out to CCB and then doing a detailed impact analysis.
