I'm from Quebec and I was in NB for severals months last year. I decided to hike that mountain in winter and camp at the summit. Finnaly, I did it 3 times through the winter. I did also Mawhane mountain (in winter with camping at the top). I liked so much that place. Honnestly, I've done many mountains in Canada, USA and other countries, and there's something special with Turtle mountain, such a beautiful place and the sunsets are stunning.
Turtle Mountain really does stand out among all the others. And you’re right, I have never had anything but the best sunsets up there! Glad to hear that you’ve had a similar experience!
I have been wanting to do this hike for the past few years. It is always hard to find the time to squeeze it in when visiting family in NB. Thanks for taking us along for this hike, such a beautiful spot.
I hope you can find the time for it next time you’re out this way. It is certainly worth the time and most people do it as a day hike, but I always camp when I head there to soak in the sunset and sunrise as it really amplifies the whole experience. Happy Hiking!

That looks amazing!!
Every single time I go there, I am blown away by the sunsets… last weekend was the most red I have ever seen the sky
What type of drone do you use?
I’ve got the DJI mini 2. Really happy with it!
