    In this Mortal Online 2 guide I go over how to make gold through PvP so that you don't need to grind in PvE to take part, and explain why you don't actually need to do tasks to increase your standing all the time if you really don't want to.
    I'm not an expert at this game, but from my limited experience playing the game so far, I think this will really help some newer players out!
    In this guide I show you several ways how to make gold or money in the game purely through PvP, then go over a few basics and tips you might find helpful if this is something you're planning to do. I also go over the risks involved and which method I believe is the easiest method to get started with, and which method I believe is the most fun for solo players.
    This may not be the best guide, but I hope it helps some people out there, and I'll aim to make more and improve over time in future videos!
    PvPing in Mortal Online 2, especially as an Alvarin Foot Archer which is what I mainly play as, is a lot of fun - you need to keep an eye on your standing with factions though, or you'll get killed by guards in cities you go to and this will really limit what you can do, or at least make your life a lot harder in the game. If you don't want to care about your standing though, you can still access banks and other crafting stations by going to lawless towns which have no guards, and this is an option many plays don't really know much about.
    I think a lot of newer players want to PvP, even if that means just killing random players who aren't criminals, but have no idea what to do or what they will need to do if they do that. Many aren't aware of the consequences or tasks you'll need to do to gain standing again, or whether you even need to. If you're a new player wanting to learn how to make money mainly through PvP without needing to do anything else related to PvE, this video may help you or at least give you a few ideas you can work with.

    Nice one. Like your playstyle. When was this video recorded? The Meduli-Clip seems to be pretty laggy. Didn't notice anything like this lately.

      Thanks for your comment Rhias, much appreciated! I actually got into this playstyle by first watching some of your videos - you got me motivated to play an Alvarin foot archer actually, and I've really enjoyed watching a few of your videos highlighting the PvP and playstyle!
      You're like the top dawg archer right now and I'm just following in your footsteps and watching your videos for motivation, so to see your comment here was really cool to wake up to - I even tried using 2h maces when I saw your 'You Shall Not Pass' video xD
      The Meduli clip was recorded a few days ago but yeah was pretty laggy at times. I've rarely seen lag in the game like that but that clip showed one of the few times I've experienced it. Almost every other time I've been playing though I haven't noticed any lag, which is really good for such a large scale game and server. Hyped for the launch and look forward to seeing you in game one day!

    At timestamp 00:22 "you can be a travelling trader, using every town's local market."
    Is there a market (any market) in this game ??
    Or just a promise, that it will be implemented "soon" ?

    • @BullCashish
      @BullCashish  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Michel, there's a market in every town you can find through the Trading Broker vendor - there's also a Pet Broker vendor specifically for pets including horses and other animals like bears and pigs. Each town's broker/market is solely for that town, but you can search the prices for anything in other towns too from any town's broker, so you can look for differences in prices of anything you'd like and transport them how you'd like. It's all in the game already and is a little bit basic but has most functionalities you'd need and works well!

    • @SomeAssh0le
      @SomeAssh0le 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The trading market in this game is huge, since there's a limit to the number of points you can put into various professions, for an example a mage might not want to be a miner, because they're putting all their points into alchemy and cooking and stuff, but mages need a shit load of raw copper ("cuprum") to cast spells so they're constantly buying it from other players

    Do i gain bad reputation if im defending myself? If im not first to hit someone?

    • @BullCashish
      @BullCashish  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey RiD, if yoou're just defending yourself and were first attacked by another player, you won't gain a bad reputation for killing them as they'd be flagged as a criminal when they first hit you, if not from before. Killing a criminal won't have any reputation penalties for you. Hope this helps!

    Do people role play in this game? Or its DayZ with swords? Because i would like some content but i hward there is no NPCs so it seems boring af to just kill people over and over (cause of lack of content)

    • @BullCashish
      @BullCashish  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are a lot of people who do roleplay, and there are RP guilds you can join - not everyone does though. There are NPCs but apart from the different kinds of mobs most are just NPC traders or merchants - not story-based NPCs or anything like that. The main content comes in the form of PvE mobs and PvP, or just any kinds of social interactions with other players, along with building and taking part in all the other activities there are in the game.

    What bad reputation causes to your charactet? Does gamr punish yiu for killing to much of other players? To prevent pk'ing fresh spawns?

    • @BullCashish
      @BullCashish  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The game does punish you for killing other innocent players, yeah - you'll lose standing/reputation which is the main consequence, but you'll also become more widely known by the player community over time too, especially if you kill people a lot. Whether that's worth it or not is up to you!

    How to be a criminal guide. Avoid fair fights at all cost. Target vulnerable men and especially women that are unarmed. Avoid public areas where your crime may be witnessed by others who may attempt to stop you. YOU DONT WANT A FIGHT. Stick to those target areas that provide dark or low level light and use tactics to confuse or disorient your vulnerable victim. Take what you want when you can, because eventually all criminals are caught and dealt with.

    This is the GM of one of the guilds this dude was in while scamming / killing people randomly (deadwood)
    we disavow all actions this guy is taking, and he is on our KOS list from now til eternity for damaging our reputation as a blue guild.

    • @michelaushamburg6766
      @michelaushamburg6766 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you gained a bad reputation, people will avoid you at all costs. If the costs include quitting the game, they will eventually take this (harsh) consequence.
      Good luck robbing any non more existant travellers.
      Its like overfishing in real world: If you fish *all* fishes out of the oceans, you won't have any more fishes in the future.

    • @BullCashish
      @BullCashish  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey Jerad, appreciate your comment here and just wanted to clear some things up a bit!
      When I joined your guild, Deadwood, I didn't know at the time it was a friendly/blue guild which didn't allow for bandit-style PvP - I didn't do this to intentionally give your guild a bad rep in this sense at all, and I want to let you know that if I'd known this was the case, I wouldn't have joined. I was just invited randomly by a player I met in-game and didn't think too much of it, but everyone I met in the guild was friendly and I never attacked anyone in the guild itself of course. Still got love for your guild and the people in it, but if I'm KOS so be it, I'll be aware and on the lookout for danger if I see the guild around ;) I won't be starting fights, but it's good to be aware I'm on a blacklist of sorts, so thanks for the heads up!
      Wanted to also just clear up the scamming part - I never scammed anyone, and don't scam people in general. I do kill players and play like a bandit sometimes (not always), but I don't betray one's trust or scam players in any way. If I see a player and want to kill them, I'll do it, but I won't befriend someone then kill them when they trusted me or anything like that. I don't scam people in any way, not even to later kill them. Just wanted to clear that up too.

      Hey Michel, I completely understand and agree with you on that! I believe that's mainly why we have the standing system in place, which I think is a good addition to the game, even though it needs to be improved upon.
      If there were no standing / reputation consequences for killing players, there would be too much unnecessary killing of random players, and like you're saying, less people would continue [playing the game. I agree with you 100% on that, but I have to say that I don't overfish in this regard as I don't want players leaving in general, but I also couldn't even if I'd wanted to because of the standing system in place. Killing players randomly has consequences, which is why it's difficult to be able to just kill players constantly, and why it doesn't get done as much as it would without those consequences in-game.
      There needs to be a good balance between being able to kill players as a criminal, and being penalised for doing so so that you can't keep doing it forever and 'overfishing' like you're saying, and I think we have that right now in the game, so there will still be plenty of people playing even if they happen to get killed once or twice. It's inevitable that some people will quit but that's never my intention and that's just down to the game's mechanics and PvP sandbox nature rather than me or some other player being a criminal. If you could be a criminal with no consequences the population would probably take a hit, but it's not like that. The system is what stops overfishing from happening, and is a great system to have - hopefully it will be improved upon for the better but we'll have to wait and see what changes are made!

    This game, much like MO and P99 Red server, will dwindle down to just a few people killing each other over and over. If MO2 had a PVE only server, you would see that server packed while the PVP server starts to fall away. Ganking, banditry, open world pvp with full loot breeds hate and anger - exactly what this world needs less of. The people who are nice and guide will eventually kill you and take your stuff - *because that's the game*. You entice people to join the game just to grief them later. So people who love PVP are just WAITING for a new player to join. They will give you loot, show you where to hunt, show you how to craft but if they see you out and about you are dead and they will add your pile of shit to their.
    In contrast, casual games are typically cute/wow like graphix, little to no combat and terrible boring.
    It's like devs have no idea how to make a game appeal to the masses.
    *Oh but Z you are so wrong*
    OKAY then why is darkfall a ghost town? Why is MO a ghost town? Why don't these *hardcore* games ever make it past a few months? There is a deeper conversation here that no one wants to have because of emotions.
    All these videos saying how much fun it is are people playing bandits, killing and stealing your stuff. Of course they think its fun. They are grinding casuals all day while enticing more casuals to join adding them to the meat grinder. How much does it cost? 60 bucks? Monthly fee? So for less than 100 bucks *you too can quit the game in a few weeks*.
