Is there a way to save the tuning of a sample. I tuned the 808 but I want the 808 to save this tuning. Right now it's 12.32 tuned..when I open the next 808 the tuning is still 12.32 which suggests the actual tuning is on the group instead of the actual sample. I don't want to have to tune the 808s everytime I use one.

Hi this video has helped me loads! I keep referring back to it!! Please if you tell me why when i import a vocal and change from sampler to audio so i can tune the vocals why when i go back into sampler it speeds the vocal up?
And then only plays loops in audio? I just want to pitch the vocal and then slice it up while in the tune i want? Please help

Awesome vid, super Informative! Would you normally formant or stretch the sample for best results when pitch shifting?

The problem i have is that i want to tune the sample and when i do i in audio i go back to the sampler and o find my sample has sped up?? And if i stay in audio it just creates an event and has the audio on track? I just want to tune up the vocal and split it on yo different pads? I can do that in sampler i know but i can't pitch the vocal in the sampler as it just speeds up or slows down? Its confusing 😕

so the reason why guitar (i think) doesnt't always work because you need to EQ out some of the low end, if the sound has a kick or sub in it will think there is no tonality to hear, i EQ it out and it detects the key.
