My first time going was in 1968. Since then you could count on one hand the number of home games I've missed. Always lived less than a 5 minute walk from the Bridge on the King's Road. So yeah, I do support my local team. Roman, thank you. You'll forever have my gratitude.

I'm so impressed with the abilities of Damien Duff back in the day he was a wonderful player , Gudjohnsen and Drogba formed and instant connection imagine Hasslebaink instead of Kezman would be op. Robben played brilliantly in his first season as well.
ManCity prevented them getting 100pts and then became the first team themselves to get 100pts in PL 😂 but ManCity more deservedly, Chelsea were lucky to finish on 95 they were just happy to win the title fullstop many narrow wins, fortunate to play ManUtd B-team first game of the season at Stamford bridge no Rooney, Ronaldo, Van Nistelrooy, Keane at CB, Djemba-Djemba & Miller in midfield etc...while Chelsea had everyone of their team they'd just spent fortunes of money they didn't earn on and only nicked a 1-0. For me biggest mistake was removing the wingers. We were insane with duff, robben cole on the wings. But from 2006 we brought in ballack and scheva. And they had to play cause of their names. And since we allready had drogba, lampard, essien and makelele then it meant benching the wingers. We started using this diamond formation with essien, makelere, lampard and ballack all on midfield and scheva drogba on topp. There was suddently no more room for wingers.
Having Eidur and Drogba with lamps and Makelele and Tiago driving midfield whilst Joe Cole Robben Duff plus the FULLBACKs Glen Johnson and Ferreira bomb forward or retreat AT WILL. I remember staring at that side and looking at anyone barring City: how is anyone gonna win against this?

I was 5 at the start of that season. My grandfather was a United supporter and he didn't let me watch cartoons on the opening day of the season because United were playing. He asked me at the start of the game, which team would win. I said the Blue one because it was my favourite colour. I've never looked back since then.
