What an amazing pair of Gentlemen, this shows what well planned prep time can do for your day/service. There’s no frantic running around no shouting at each other, they just do there respective jobs and it seems faultless, makes you more ravenous than should be allowed.
It also makes you pick up the menu of your local restaurants and look for similar dishes.

20歳で初めて行ったときにお兄さんに「初めて？」って聞かれ「そうです。」と答えると料理やおすすめについて細かく教えてくれた店も混んでて常に動きながら話しかけてくれる。
出ました❗️相変わらずのとにかく明るいお二人。どんなユーチューバーにも、お客さんにも、真摯で丁寧な対応で、なるほど大繁盛の理由がわかりますね。
店主の人柄の良さがにじみ出過ぎだろ。
能力は無論大切だが、究極人柄の良さ、人間力に勝る物なし。

酔来丼と小ラーメンで600円という安さなのに、しっかり腹が満たされました。
この仕事ぶり見てたら涙でてきた。あー、凄いなあ。

I was a chef many years ago, first things first coffee machine on followed by grill. Eating breakfast together before a busy day promotes productivity hugely. Especially to the workers on low wages, they can eat an actual cooked meal at no cost.

Amazing skill and to be on their feet working flat out for hours must be really tiring and quite stressful. It's a work of art what they do. Oh wow 😮 I truly enjoyed watching 👀 this video!! From the very beginning the owner was extremely nice and friendly I definitely was taken with his style of cooking 🍳!! From the fried rice to the noodles 🍜 and everything in between he's definitely on point when it comes to preparing all of his signature dishes!!
