- In this episode, we filmed the huge morning market in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, southwest China. Kunming is the capital of Yunnan Province. It is located in southwest China and has a population of 8.5 million living here. Yunnan is rich in specialty food and tourism resources. , attracting many tourists from home and abroad every year. We came to the largest farmers' market in Kunming, Daguan Zhuanxin Market. This is a large comprehensive market integrating food, vegetables and agricultural and sideline products. It is crowded with people every day and is very lively. We focused on photographing the special delicacies here, including Dai-style beef stir-fry, Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles, Qianzhang Pork, intangible cultural heritage delicacies, Yunnan Huize’s black goat meat, flower cakes, salted goose, shredded chicken, Guandu Baba and so on. The program not only showcases a variety of street food, but also records their production processes in detail. In addition, the program also showcases various agricultural products unique to Yunnan and their trading processes.
