Glad he caught one and he will never forget his first. Mine was 41yrs ago when I was 5 on the trent only a 3lb splasher but felt like a shark.
Barbel are my absolute favourite fish to catch. Absolutely fantastic video Deano looking forward to the next one 👍

What size and weight cage feeder was he using at the beginning? Any good for a slow to medium flow?
4oz Gripper Feeder, mate. They're available from 1-4oz and in two sizes...👍🏻
