Bit dismissive to describe the Dunvegan as a "dive bar". When Neil Ogsden ran it back in the 1970s it was a great pub with some of the best food in St Andrews. I remember Arnold Palmer's famous caddy, Tip Anderson, holding court in there during the 1978 Open. It's was James Garner's regular lunch venue when he was in St Andrews.
