Awesome Rat Arcade & not so awesome World Cup Soccer Pinball Machine!

- Kevin goes on a pick up adventure and brings back an Awesome Rat Crash and Burn redemption arcade game made by Sega that is kind of like a Rat Race tilt table labyrinth style game.
He also brings home a World Cup Soccer Pinball Machine that is not so awesome and might need a new EVERYTHING!
I head over to the arcade to check out the awesomeness!

Dude total nostalgia with Rat Race! I used to play one at a local Chuck E Cheese in Southern California in the 90s.

That 'Awesom Rat' redemption game is actually part a a series of kit games, where an operator can simply just swap out the playfield and marquee of an existing cabinet. The other interchangeable games are called "Awesome Loop," and "High Tension."

Dutch was "clutch" under pressure! He's definitely the Awesome Rat Crash and Burn Master. I hope Kevin worked a great deal on that WCS because it's a rag. Whomever owned that should be sited for pinball abuse. I bet it will be minty though when Kevin is done with it. That WCS reset was classic Shenanigans.

I did a full restore on a wcs not to long ago. I have tons of reference pics if needed.
The ramps are a pain to get right when replacing them! If you need a good reference video, Cary Hardys review of wcs has a ton of closeups of the playfield. I used it a lot.

Speaking if Rat Race there is usually one to play at Pinball Expo every year.. hotta play ot everytime i see it.. This one is pretty neat as well..with Kevins abilities he could make a more i tricate playfoeld for it and make it a littke more fun.. make it a mini rat race!.. I cant believe how Minty that WCS is! Lol😂😅

@@pinballshenanigans Ahaha :) I also watched this vid twice but skipped most of the Amazing Rat part with my employee and my folks. They got a kick out of the comments you made and was just as horrified as I was when I watched the video the first time. And I just got back from setting up my Getaway and Police Force at PRGE I saw there might be a new vid of the Whirlfirewind pin so off to watch that.

@@pinballshenanigans Yes PRGE is short of Portland Retro Gaming Expo here in Portland, OR. It is great fun have a RetroCade with many upright video games and many pinball machines some being super rare even. And also have a big console area to play retro games and about 300 vendors. The Tetris Championship is also hosted at PRGE as well.
