I was not sure about releasing this video, simply because I filmed it before releasing the pancake gold pan and I was really excited to share it. Its been a long term goal to get this out and I wanted to share that with you. But it comes off as sounding like an ad. It wasn't my intention, its simply meant to be a look at what I was working on. So dont take this as a "buy my pan" ad. Its nothing more than sharing a moment of excitement that I had.
I never thought of your video being an ad I don't pay attention to that that's not why I watch your videos I watch your videos cuz you're freaking awesome you're a good hearted person you're a good man you're funny you teach people there is nobody like you at all on TH-cam you're one of a kind and that's awesome just keep doing what you're doing and I'll always watch your videos thank you Chris
Chris...when you said uou sold out to yourself, I'm a thinking maybe you sold your soul to the devil 😈 🤔? Anyways, as soon as I get a few $$ ahead I'm gonna get a couple, 1 for myself & another to teach these lazy nimrods here who give up after 1 regular pan...umm, am I supposed to call you Satan now, you devil???
Magnificent creation, your on a real winner with your pan. Begging the minister to allow funds to obtain your special yellow finder ( no! I’m not under the thumb, just don’t like dodging frying pans or having her cockatoo out to get me) that will guarantee my absence on weekends.
Nothing wrong with being proud of something you designed and tested and want to share with the world. Now if you threw In a "and if you buy now" at the end I would be like ok flex seal guy lol.
Stick it on top of a speaker driver and play a solid tone through it to see if you can make a sluice but with sound. Different frequencies could change where the heavies land.
When you invent a thing and try to sell it to the world- you're not selling out. You're just selling. Nothing wrong with this at all. Definitely see how useful this pan can be. So compact and completely effective- Attaboy
Call it the "LENS", from the Fresnel Lens for light houses. It Collected the light from a source and concentrated the light into a tight small beam. It was very efficient. It was a flat lens like your great pan. Concentrates the gold.
Chris! USE "MOIST" AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! Also, would it be possible to design an attachment point to your AWESOME NEW PAN? if not, I totally understand. It's a lot of work designing new and awesome stuff!
Nice going in the creek Chris. Sometimes crevicing is just the best. Hunting around looking here and there for the hidden stash. Good take. Your small pan worked well and is the right size to take exploring. Well done mate 😁👍
I like! Looks like it would be great for checking out new spots when in a time crunch. And make most people wonder why that guy is walking to the creek with a shovel and a Frisby lol..
Chris, the new pan looks like it is working fine, I am thinking a (micro) vibrating motor under it (or under a larger version), then the prospector only has to think about digging. Could also work for prospecting in dry sand?
Genius pan. It would go well for crevice diggers with not much material or just for test panning quickly. The fact you only need to do small circles will save the wrists over time
Well a commercial for sure…but it wasn’t boring at all and there was no stupid jingle so well done lol. What you have there is A submersible multifunctional reducer pan or as it should be known as : the ASMR PAN (ya it’s that good) 😬 I say you change the name…. Anyone else agree???? Thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
I like that you still have the bug for not what you find but how you find it...Definitely doing it because you love it. This little circle sluice pancake pan is a very cool invention excellent morning, afternoon, evenings crevicing
I'm excited for you, and for your excitement. It would be redonculously hard to keep the videos coming, the "excitement" up for content, and actual legit excitement, over such a long period of time, finding something that fires you up is amazing. The pan will also be very accessible for heaps of people, much easier to do/explain "round and round, keep it flat..." than the more nuanced ”tilt forwards, wave wave, shuffle, tilt back, look, tappa tappa..." etc
This pan reminds me of a smaller version of the Superchamp flat gold pan.The previous pan you created to dry pan I thought was really great. Don't give up on making improvements to that one. It's a winner as both a wet and dry pan.
The biggest selling point to me here is the extreme portability. If I can go exploring with nothing but that and a snuffer bottle, maybe a scraper, then it's really tempting me. What do you think about making some kind of holster that could hold that and a snuffer where they'd be easy to grab or stow at points of interest?
Great pan, mate! You have taken the “Competition Pan,” also known as the “Flat Pan,” “Superchamp,” “Swedish or Ferrari Pan” and made it handy and affordable for the ordinary prospector. I just bought one in each color and they are awesome!
congratulations on your progress. i don't care how much gold you find in your videos or the size of the pieces. i only care that you have a such a positive attitude and enthusiasm about exploring. its motivating to watch.
I would cross a batea pan with the pan you made, but just a 1" dimple with a small rib at the top? Maybe something worth trying. I need to buy a 3D printer lol! Love the pan man!
You effectively give away your knowledge and years of experience all mixed with good humour for free for anyone with a streaming device. It is in all our best interests for you to be able to recoup costs and keep producing your great content. All strength to you😀
I love that little pancake pan you created! For a disabled person, it would be extremely small, light weight, easy to pan, and separate the gold for your snuffer bottle. It kind of eliminates a lot of 'finishing' processes on a miller table. You have successfully married several steps into one! 🧐🤔🥰 Thanks for sharing, Chris! Blessings from Alabama ❤️
ya should have taken your yab pump with you and thrown some water into then cracks :) and i think you should call the plate.. the mouldy pan or something like that :) use the laser to burn image on the back of the pans :) or how about using the laser to burn some patterns into the pan.. and test out dif kinds.. like that snake skin effect etc..
I have watched you online from seeing your snuffer bottle float away to today and have loved the journey and your excitement, the quality of your clips has improved out of this world. For me I just love getting out and looking for gold and if I find any that is the bonus. I am looking forward to getting one of your pans to try out next.
Epic vid Chris and cant wait to purchase a few for my fam to try. I watched with excitement, seeing you so passionate about your latest creation. Epic mate🌟💰🖖🏼👏🏻
We interrupt your viewing to say we can't focus on the content of this video with those arm gains 🤯! Good job. Keep up the good work. Now, back to the regularly scheduled program.
Chris, the happy adventuring sell out. Glad you're enjoying life. Can you make a sluce box out of your new pan. I'm thinking like a challenge video like your other home made sluces.
@@VoGusProspecting The only human-type individual I personally knew of who could've done as you queried was an old blues singer/guitarist name of Hound Dog Taylor :)
Nice advert! :) A couple of suggestions though... 1 - The underside could probably do with something to make it look more useful - maybe one side for unclassified material, and the other for classified? (Although I suspect your manufacturing method may preclude this option)) 2 - the simple means of operation looks like it could be easily mechanised. Say, a mechanism that clips onto the top of a 20L no-name bucket filled with water and moves it around just under the surface. This allows you to do your crevassing by dropping small handfuls onto the pan as you go without having to get up and walk down to the water. And for those areas you would dry wash, you could literally process a bucketful of dirt at the cost of a bucketful of water.
These flat ones look like they could be handy. If you ever hop across the ditch, look me up. Plenty of room here for you. I'm on the Coromandel Peninsula - plenty of good places for fossicking close by, and the fishing is always good too.
Hope it made of that old type frisbee plastic because I sure Icould use that entertaining my dog at the park while it’s not making money on its day job.
looks awsome just placed a order one thnaks heaps for your vids i have just started prospecting and thay have help me so so so much i realy enjoy your content so far i have found some realy cool old ralics and about .5grams of gold =)
And if you get bored of panning, it’s a frisbee. But it looked like you had a fun day, and it’s always nice when there’s some gold to take home . And why shouldn’t you promote yourself, you provide a lot of entertainment and education for the masses.
You should go further with that gold pan. You should make it to where it can be flat and where it can pop out to be a normal pan. 2 in 1!!!
It doesn't sound like an ad, it sounds like a dude getting really excited about a thing he made.
I think it is awesome. If I had money I would buy one. I use an old hubcap from a car. 😂😂😂
There is nothing wrong being happy and even proud of something you made. Its your time to shine! Own this time!
Thank you.
If you're going to sell out.. it might as well be to yourself. This is so awesome.
Magnificent creation, your on a real winner with your pan.
Begging the minister to allow funds to obtain your special yellow finder ( no! I’m not under the thumb, just don’t like dodging frying pans or having her cockatoo out to get me) that will guarantee my absence on weekends.
The Blue Plate Special. Guaranteed to not change your life. But it will change your outlook. 😊 Best of luck with your new venture.
I’m currently working on building a wood model of a Gold Separator, testing and tweaking angles to get the best results.
Hell yeah man, would like to see that
Happy for you Chris! Wishing you continued heavy pans and continued success!
Nothing wrong with being proud of something you designed and tested and want to share with the world. Now if you threw In a "and if you buy now" at the end I would be like ok flex seal guy lol.
Stocks are low we only have 3 left. Ignoring the other 3000 on stock
Stick it on top of a speaker driver and play a solid tone through it to see if you can make a sluice but with sound. Different frequencies could change where the heavies land.
A diameter with a outside ripple/bead large enough to snap over a bucket and having it double as a lid would be a super nice feature.
Excellent idea because it does resemble a Fresnel lens in appearance!
Mark from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
Mine arrived 2 days ago :). I can confirm they do work. And it's so easy. And fast.
Cheers for the bonus gift, looks like a little jar of crushed ore?
Great to hear!
Chris! USE "MOIST" AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! Also, would it be possible to design an attachment point to your AWESOME NEW PAN? if not, I totally understand. It's a lot of work designing new and awesome stuff!
That's a bloody great idea :)
You’re living the dream mate.
Fuck the haters I wish I could do what you do
Agreed
@PaxAlotinthere was at least busted cuckold or busted knickers or something like that. Whatever his name was lol
Nice going in the creek Chris. Sometimes crevicing is just the best. Hunting around looking here and there for the hidden stash. Good take. Your small pan worked well and is the right size to take exploring. Well done mate 😁👍
I love learning about what you create, and we should all take notes on doing what we love and sharing it with the world 🎉
Great design! doubles as a frisbee when you're needing a break with your mate.
Really great to see
Thanks. Your excitement made me smile. "sell out to myself" ha ha AND WHY NOT.
I figure you're better off selling out to yourself than like some company
I like!
Looks like it would be great for checking out new spots when in a time crunch. And make most people wonder why that guy is walking to the creek with a shovel and a Frisby lol..
Flock yeah. Sell out, SELL OUT brother!
Over here trying lol
Your awesome Chris at panning for gold.
You should make it snap on the top of a bucket like a lid.
The lid pan, think I made a video on that.
@@VoGusProspecting I saw that one, probably why I thought that would make a good bucket lid.
Hey you can use it to find gold & play frisbee too 😅
Chris, the new pan looks like it is working fine, I am thinking a (micro) vibrating motor under it (or under a larger version), then the prospector only has to think about digging. Could also work for prospecting in dry sand?
I'm curious to know if it works dry panning
@@VoGusProspecting Well I haven´t seen a video from you with dry panning yet, so it could be interesting. I suggest taking an ACCU tool that vibrates?
Impressive flat pan...
I used a Frisbee once. I actually work in a very similar manner.

I love anything diy and for prospecting your pan is definitely a diy success!
A fantastic invention looking forward to getting one, Have a wonderful day!
Thanks Chris, that video was moist!
You should be proud you do a great job of explaining everything. And your pan works great
It would be interesting for you to grab the large Batea and pan a few pancakes into it to check for losses.
I like that you still have the bug for not what you find but how you find it...Definitely doing it because you love it.

Looks like fun to me!!!
Very nice work! Pretty ground breaking making a NEW type of Gold Pan. Props mate. It has a really quick reveal!

The pan will also be very accessible for heaps of people, much easier to do/explain "round and round, keep it flat..." than the more nuanced ”tilt forwards, wave wave, shuffle, tilt back, look, tappa tappa..." etc
Xhris, congrats on your pan. It looks like it would be fun for kids and adults.
That is a fast pan.probably the fastest I've seen yet .I would try one
This pan reminds me of a smaller version of the Superchamp flat gold pan.The previous pan you created to dry pan I thought was really great. Don't give up on making improvements to that one. It's a winner as both a wet and dry pan.
I reckon the 3D lines (artefacts) would help as well.
I like the fact that the surface area is increased so you can check for those initial nuggets easier. Would be nice to have a super size version :)
I think your new pan could benifit of somewhat of concave bottom or just a tiny bit more conical overall shape.

It's actually a real good finishing pan once you get the knack for it so I discovered
hey you need to make those claw scraper thingy thing and sell on your website
The CLAW
Well done mate. Good luck with the new pan!
Thanks 👍
I got bored during lockdown and made Frankenpan ...... easy to find, cheers

Awesome job Chris with the new project I hope it all pans out for you , thanks for the video , I'd call the new pan , the bucket lid

(With apologies to Queen) Flat Vogus pan, it makes the rock and sand go round.
That's cool,great job
I would love to see one of your new pans that is twice the size so I could put more dirt on it
Epic design I want
So while hunting for gold I can flip the pancake pan and use it for my bacon and egg breakfast… multiple uses 👍🏼
I noticed that you changed the name of the video 😂, makes it sound better with the new video title.
I change the title of every video at the start to see which one works best

Would be fun to see Pioner Paul’s and Dan Hurd having a try at your pan :)
What we all want to know is how well does it Frisbee?
The Riffle Roundabout 😊
7:15 But you did kind of reinvent the wheel and it’s terrific!
Congratulation and no shame on being successful with your busyness :) love your content
cool pan, that would be a fun pan to use

So happy for you and you deserve it mate!
You work hard and make excellent videos and I laugh with you 😜
Thank you so much 😁

Do the lines that are inherent with 3d printing mean less need to do the normal m albseasoning you'd do with an injection molded pan?
Congratulations, it looks like it would be fun to use! Name EZpan
Its good fun, even if you still need another pan

Went gold panning in the high mountains or utah while camping. No gold. But did find 3 nearly mocroscopic gemstones.
11:00 that was cool
I think so too

I was never to good at the flying disks. Perhaps it's time to try again
Dude, are you going to autograph the pan with a gold paint pen? 😁
I could upon request lol
THINK YA ALREADY NAMED IT WHEN YA CALLED A SLUICE PAN
A name for the new pan "the spinner"
I like your creation! Does it fit in the bottom of a bucket? 🤔 Lot's of fun. I like what you said about adventuring.
