Thanks Dan for this video. I stumbled upon this video before my CTPM interview when I was looking for STAR based Q&As. I was asked the same questions as discussed in this video and of course, I nailed it. I got the job! It’s a dream job for me as I’ve been working in different CRO’s so far, and getting a CTPM role in a Pharma company is indeed a dream come true, especially when I don’t have any prior PM experience. I had a strong feeling when I was watching this video for the first time that Imma get this job and gonna post my experience here. Thank you once again for helping us out with such insightful videos. Keep it up! I would love to see more.

One of the best interviews IMHO you have done, Dan, thank you

thanks both! Interesting perspective from the other side. The main problem is a mismatch of the sites and local / global Sponsor resources allocated for specific trials. will rarely find a site with balanced workload that provides enough PI/ SI, SC / RN etc. per trial which should be carefully examined at feasibility stage. Most CRO-s know real headcounts and workload at the sites, especially if they have ongoing trials, but will add even sites with staffing in crisis as they have to deliver results (nice news) to the Sponsor.
