Unlike other food critics you do not bore us with historic details, long winded stories or imbedded ads.. You get right to the business of showing us the food, eating it, then critiquing it. I have passed on this info to my friends and family. What a great show.

I had the Bacchanal breakfast buffet the week before Christmas in 2019. I remember how excited the chefs were about preparing their dishes, and they conveyed that excitement.

First time I've seen someone open crab legs the same way I do - with a fork. I'm sure others do it, too, but I've just never seen anyone else do that. I just discovered your channel and I love how you are able to review with an experienced palate. Great job.

You guys need to come to New Orleans if you like seafood. You have to try the charbroiled oysters at Drago’s in the Hilton Riverside. Plus all the great local seafood. You will not be disappointed. Just ask the locals for pointer’s
This is such a small thing but I do it too, so I noticed - I appreciate that you take a small taster bite before you go in on a new dish. I'm picky and can find it hard to dive into new things, so I always check to make sure I'm not about to be unhappy with a normal bite. Just tells me you really want to give a good idea of the food and know what's coming for a full review of the plate or item. As many others have said you're great at food reviews! We will definitely have to check out this buffet when we come back in October!

First off, I am so addicted to your videos. I watch at least one a day during my lunchtime. Now, as far as Bacchanal, my partner and I were in Vegas in July and we tried this buffet having some high hopes. It is beautiful, but wow, we were quite disappointed. We went on a Saturday for lunch, and it was quite busy, but so much of the food was either just room temperature or cold. The al pastor taco was probably my only favorite item. The pozole was greasy, the street corn was hard, and the chilaquiles (one of my fav Mexican dishes) were cold, making the tortilla chips hard. The carving station did have some yummy selections, and I remember enjoying the pork belly. Maybe it was on off day, but overall, not worth the price for us. We ended up going to The Buffet at Wynn the following day for Sunday brunch, which was 100 times better, and worth the 70 minute wait.
Ruby, you were the second people into reopening of the best buffet in Las Vegas traditionally, so every thing was fresh. LOL I tried unsuccessfully oyster and never planned on trying again, until now!

Fantastic video. Of all the blogs I’ve seen since the baccanal opened urs is number one. Unlike the others u actually show us the food up close and personal. Slowly scanned the buffets which was good. I can really see their food options. U tasted many of my favs and I appreciate ur honest reviews. So when I come to Vegas in a week I will try the buffet. I generally skip the salad takes up too much room!
Meat first, seafood, then sides THEN dessert
That buffet in this order....seafood, then seafood, and close it out with seafood :)

I went to bacchanal for the first time last week. My favorite dish was the octopus. The plating was impeccable too!

The big scallops are not Fresh (flash frozen at sea) , crab (flash frozen at sea) the oyster was however live prior to being shucked.

We tried it Sunday and loved it! I ate mainly seafood.
