Castlevania: Rondo of Blood running on a Simpsons cab is pretty sweet! If I recall correctly if you want to play an English version of the game, it was one of the games included on the Tubro Grafx 16/PC Engine Mini that was released a few years ago. Don't quote me though because it might be the Japanese version of the game.

Late to the episode. But I have a Simpsons, still in box for over a ear. Plan is to convert this to a 4pl Gauntlet style cab with a Pi running 4pl games on it. Might go this mod route.
