For your TH-cam option, why not just add markers in the CS project and then use the Share to TH-cam production method. There you can select the Create Table of Content checkbox and Camtasia will build the time stamps for you. Thanks!

Great point, Lon. I definitely should have included that in this tutorial. Thank you for sharing this tip with everyone!

@@TechSmithSupport Here's my tutorial on Markers & TH-cam Time Stamps. If it's not cool to post it here, no problem, just delete this reply. th-cam.com/video/dv6n3Z0biPs/w-d-xo.html

Now in TH-cam, if you don't have any heading for the 0:00 timestamp, your chapters will not work. So be sure to add that please.

Please describe how to create a clickable table of contents WITHOUT markers. When you publish as a local MP4 file, using markers is not an option. People often load videos into LMS scorm files so using the. Camtasia Player is not an option for us. If we cant make the TOC interactive, at least show us some good design options for making a static one. Thanks!

Is there a way for the play head to jump automatically to a marker (without a button being pressed) for example if you want the play head to return to the menu after playing a chapter?

Not from within Camtasia's software, no. There are some HTML5 sites that make your videos playable like DVD menus, but that's not something we can help with unfortunately.
