Performers don't own the copyright to a concert attendee's video or pictures. Look at it as free publicity and be happy they even showed up.
I agree.. Bootlegging is lame and ripping off the musicians.

I have to argue some points here. Erik says the video the person shoots from in front of Monaco doesnt represent what the show sounds like. YES IT DOES. For that person in that seat thats what it sounds like. Duh..Many times the people in the crowd if the seat or where they are standing is in a certain area they arent getting a complete even mix like he does in his ears. And when he says where is their piece of a guy posting a video....ummmm dude you all got PAID for that gig thats your piece. Its the digital age you arent gonna stop it from happening and no one is getting rich from YT Pearcy concert videos get the conpiracy shit outta yer head dude lol. If the dude paid the over inflated concert ticket why cant he roll some video?!?! Lame take.

The microphones inside any phones are not omni - directional . And human ears are . Lastly whether the bootlegger
gers rich or not is a mute point. The point of topic is whether bootleg should be allowed or not , considering it is illegal in the U.S A.
