Here’s my problem with Jon’s point, he’s talking about Arnel as if he’s Steve Perry who is the guy people know. He’s talking about casual fans, yet casual probably only know him as “the Asian guy.” So I agree they could have gotten away with Deen for one show because as long as it sounds good that’s all that matters at this point.

Turbo inspired me to get a guitar synth a few years ago, and it was one of the best gear decisions I ever made. Pairs great with my Variax for unique sound design. Several metal bands used synths, but no one did it like Judas Priest.

Point of Entry was JP being more Rock and Roll than Metal. Turbo was giving into the 80’s soundscape. Nostrudumas was more JP being extravigent and leaning towards Iron Maiden story arc.

Since Rob has come back. Firepower and Invincible Sheild have been the best since Rob came back and Ritchie has been on board. What I like about FP/IS is that is showcases JP being JP with some new angles. Screams surfing Riffs with Pounding drums. Thats all fans want.

No debate at all. 5150 is pretty good but standard hard rock, it would get worse with the albums after. The Roth albums are mostly very good and better than hagar albums

sammy saved vh integrity . it would of been so embarrassing in late 80s early 90s if dave was still the lead singer. he would of been doing his same act and still trying to dress like all the other lead singers who were 10-12 years younger than him all while he was balding and looked like he aged about 20 years in 3 years. just look at how old he looked when a little aint enough came out. it would of been laughable

Iron maiden was kicking ass in 85-86. That was live after death powerslave somewhere in time period. They did really bad in 92 with fear of the dark in America.
