I'm presuming this was a treaty after Mexico surrendered to the us after the us and Mexico war and I'm assuming he hates him because of this it's just a guess tho

Someone already explained but the video is about the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty which was signed in February 2nd, 1848 in which Mexico would lose 55% of it's territory. This video is on how Mexico and the US don't have the best relationship after this! Hope this helps clear things up (*＾＾*)//
