First of all, best regards from Germany. I have got. so much respect for this man. Itˋs really tough to keep motivation and discipline on this Professional level over the years. Now my question:“ can you make a video from your daily training and eating routines and how they change over the years? And how your experience and knowledge from today change your workout routines in comparrison to the past.
The clean diet and being sure that you give your body what it needs to recover and get stronger is the hardest part about any serious athletes training. I know that a lot of think it’s the training that is the hardest but sticking to your diet and knowing what needs to be done with it as you train is the real work. I was always reading some new book on nutrition and how it effected the body and how you could use certain food combinations to make your grow bigger and I had a trainer that helped with my diet
You guys are missing the whole concept his body is made up of 80% muscle you know he eats that many calories in a day? Cause that’s how he body builds dude is fucking huge because the way he eats and the way he goes hard at his work outs I betchu if he was skinnier and had smaller calorie counts inna day he would be ripped but inna skinnier way dude is big asf and has allot of muscle and barely any day cause when he eats that much he turns the fat into muscle so quickly
@@baconSlayerX you are incorrect he’s a power lifter for a reason if he didn’t eat the way he did or work out the way he did he would not be that huge. Btw if he ate all that food and didn’t work out at all now that would be a problem. But he eats this much and works out so there is no problem cause he’s still choosing a healthy/big man lifestyle. Without it being all fat dude has a shit ton of muscle on his body.
@@baconSlayerX now if he were to eat like that and not workout at all this yeah he would definitely have health problems the difference is dude is eating a shit ton and hitting the gym like 5 hours a day going hard asf there’s a huge difference there cause when you eat like that and you work out like that at the same time?? Idc what anybody says you are gonna be one big mf and not inna bad way a good way.

I weigh 75kg currently eating bout 2-2.4k calories atm. Eating is the easiest part for me i would say i could probably eat 3.5k-4k or even more but that wouldnt be too beneficial for my weight :DD
I mean, my first and only ever dirty bulk I did 4,400 calories a day. Currently eat 3,000 for maintenance. On a cut I slowly work my way down to 2,350.
Always love Brian’s videos, especially his full day of eating!!!! Thanks B I hope you and you family are doing well and I hope the training is going great too!!!
Dear Mr. Shaw: Many recovering and STILL recovering alcoholics and drug addicts watch you channel! What advice would you give on Strength Lifting???? Your channel is awesome!
Dude is a legend. He doesn't say "I need to eat this" or "I have to eat that," as you would expect him to say when he's pushing such a ridiculous amount of food day in day out. He always says "I get to eat..."
They wouldn't do that because they would have ridiculous test levels which would be a dead giveaway for steroid abuse. I mean everyone knows already but I'm sure Brian or others wouldn't want to talk about it.
His post workout meal is basically what I eat for dinner. Pound of meat, 2 cups of rice and pasta sauce. Kind of a different version of monster mash. Subbing pasta sauce for chicken stock. Prego traditional has a good amount of sodium
That’s a LOT of food. Almost 10k calories a day sounds like paradise for most but imagine doing that every single day - not easy at all. But notice how he says ‘I get to eat’ instead of ‘I have to eat’. So much respect for Brian Shaw :)

Haven't gotten to eat today. Watching this man chow down all this food is like a months worth for me. Amazing to witness Shaws food routine all these years.
A months worth? Are you on 300cals a day?

Brian, you should do a Worlds Strongest ASMR. The sound of Brian lifting weights, cooking, and positive affirmations. Would be pretty great!
Meal three is officially completed!
It would be until he goes heavy and you hear his thunderous YEAAAAA while you're half asleep
Wtf
"Perfect"
@@ImGinormous Brah, that got me 🤣
I love how enthusiastic he is about food/eating....almost every full day of eating video I watch you can tell the person is not looking forward to it at all
First of all, best regards from Germany. I have got. so much respect for this man. Itˋs really tough to keep motivation and discipline on this Professional level over the years. Now my question:“ can you make a video from your daily training and eating routines and how they change over the years? And how your experience and knowledge from today change your workout routines in comparrison to the past.
I love when he gets to have a meal and says finally 😂. Kills me everytime and Your son definitely tried scamming you out of that rice krispy bar lol
Literally tried the 'if you're not going to eat it, why waste it?' in his own subtle way.
Been needing one of these episodes
Your little boy is so adorable playing around with you while you eat
I really love the First Meal.
So simple and yet so effective.
Next level relationship management in the kitchen. Especially important when you eat 17 meals a day.
Brian will have the record for the most food eaten in a single lifetime lol
There is probably some Asian guy sumo wrestler who eats more😂.. i dont know.
I wonder how many calories those ultra-fat 900 pounders eat
@@Me-wk7dz yea must be an ungodly number
I know Erik the electric doesn't eat like his youtube videos show daily, but he definitely puts a shit ton of food away also.
Juan morel
It’s scary to think that in 15-20 years he is going to be feeding himself and 2 kids that are probably gonna be as big as him.
Eating like that he'll be dead and buried in 20 years :-D
@@baconSlayerX look it up he even explains it in a video too
@@baconSlayerX now if he were to eat like that and not workout at all this yeah he would definitely have health problems the difference is dude is eating a shit ton and hitting the gym like 5 hours a day going hard asf there’s a huge difference there cause when you eat like that and you work out like that at the same time?? Idc what anybody says you are gonna be one big mf and not inna bad way a good way.
Awesome vid Mr. Shaw!!! Tip from an older man if you start your blender on low speed mode and then add your Whey you don't lose any powder from it sticking to the side of the blender.
16:55 🤣 nothing better to watch than the worlds strongest man struggling at cutting an apple
From time to time, I eat like 3000kls and I feel really full so I can't imagine this guy going over 7000kls every single day😵😵😵 I guess Thor was right when he said the most difficult part of being a strong man is the eating process 🤯
I weigh 75kg currently eating bout 2-2.4k calories atm. Eating is the easiest part for me i would say i could probably eat 3.5k-4k or even more but that wouldnt be too beneficial for my weight :DD
@@valitsemllaluokanavahyvaks3556 how old are you?
I mean, my first and only ever dirty bulk I did 4,400 calories a day. Currently eat 3,000 for maintenance. On a cut I slowly work my way down to 2,350.
This guy is huge. He should think about competing in Strongman.
Have a feeling he'd be pretty dominant
He’d probably win some titles, too
He used to.
He is a strongman he have won 4 title of world strongest man.
@@varuntomer1725 he’s being sarcastic
Always love Brian’s videos, especially his full day of eating!!!! Thanks B I hope you and you family are doing well and I hope the training is going great too!!!
You’re a true legend, much respect that you’re a public figure who values freedom. Keep up the good work!
Specific love given to Rao's is justified. That stuff is just amazing.
Imagine every day being a 10k calories challenge
The poo tho
@@masteroogway6660 I hope Kerri has her own bathroom 😅
Finally after a full day of eating, he can treat himself with eating
I still want to see Brian clear that 50 pound bag of rice over the shelves at Costco liked he talked about in his last video. 😆 😆😆
No joke I’d love to see a series where professional strongmen show their bloodwork and talk about it with professionals in the sports field
They wouldn't do that because they would have ridiculous test levels which would be a dead giveaway for steroid abuse. I mean everyone knows already but I'm sure Brian or others wouldn't want to talk about it.
I will never get tired of hearing Brian say "Bison by trifecta" lol
16:52 rare footage of the worlds strongest man struggling with an apple slicer
His post workout meal is basically what I eat for dinner. Pound of meat, 2 cups of rice and pasta sauce. Kind of a different version of monster mash. Subbing pasta sauce for chicken stock. Prego traditional has a good amount of sodium
That’s a LOT of food. Almost 10k calories a day sounds like paradise for most but imagine doing that every single day - not easy at all. But notice how he says ‘I get to eat’ instead of ‘I have to eat’. So much respect for Brian Shaw :)
Brian is hiding the most important part of his diet. at 20:00 mins in you can see just slightly in the shot he has been eating glue sticks with his meals, this must be how he is so strong
Brian ignoring every food safety rule makes me feel better about botching the food safety rules. Thanks Brian!
Do you have a separate fridge or section of the fridge as like a “dad’s section” to prevent anyone else from snacking on the food for your diet
Yeah, cause everyone knows how much kids love snacking on rice and bison 😁
@@gigantisaurusrex6647 like the berries and stuff obviously im sure he would be pissed looking for his black berries and they are all gone.
@@timberwomper4761 Ha ha! That's true. When you're "dessert" is an apple and blackberries, you get protective.
Hey Brian I got a question! When you used to eat to gain , did your stomach ever hurt at all ? And if you had to use the restroom more than often did you feel like you were losing gains ?
90% of bodybuilders don’t like eating tbh and it’s cuz they eat to gain
@@HycrosxGladeum Eating for pleasure or because you enjoy the food is completely different from eating purely for fuel. It gets a lot harder than you would think.
Thank you, Brian. That was really enjoyable to watch. Sheepishly adding those cheesecake bites brought a big smile to my face.

I’d be fat but I could probably manage
No you wouldn't
Brian was wanting to get into those cheesecake bites before he even got them home. Cant even blame him.
Like seriously. Look at his forearms. What a beast.
My Dude Brian would make an Insane WWE Wrestler, if he joined WWE for some episodes.
This guy has a phenomenal positive energy thanks Brian for what you're bringing to the fitness industry and congrats for what you've achieved in the strongman contests 👍👍👍
0:55 Trimming off grams is pointless & then eats cheese cake at the end 😆
Brian’s scissors have more miles on them than any of his vehicles

As for the last meal, we all have those sessions where they go really well and a little cheesecake isn't going to hurt ☺
When you pulled the cheesecake bites up a smile came to my face lol.

Cuts off the corner of the bison to make it exactly the right weight....next meal waffles with butter and syrup haha
Brian would make a good host for a cooking show. "Worlds strongest chef"
Wow someone actually eats spring mix. I thought that was just meant for the trash after sitting in the fridge for a week. Haha
it is being tough and time consuming for meals like these...
Shaw's day : wake up - make meal - eat meal - make another meal - eat meal - trian - make meal - eat meail - make another meal - eat meal - make another another meal - eat meal - sleep.

You should do an "Evolution of my Diet" where you compare each meal of the day, their calorie amounts, the different nutrition facts and their pros and cons. Keep up the good work!
That’s insane. I got to force eat everyday and it fucking sucks. My stomach has stretched since I started but it still sucks. Started lifting over a year ago. Was 125 pounds and my bench was like 120/130. Now I’m 156 and got 250 for a 1 rep pr last week. Keep up the work man ❤️🦍💪🏽
Met Brian at a nearby Costco (super humble and awesome dude) and I can confirm that the man EATS
Loving the slo-mo effect of making the oats look like a swimsuit model haha NO disrespect intended .. I legitimately thought it was amusing :)
Also, during the mid-morning meal, Brian says "its quick cause its busy at work." I realize he is likely talking about running his business but did anyone else chuckle at the thought of Brian "going to work" like selling insurance or some shit? haha Imagine opening your door and seeing Brian there with a briefcase offering life insurance to you. teehee.
