My old man was feeling nostalgic and asked me to track down his old 84 f250. I followed the trail till it went as cold as the dead farmer who bought it. Ended up finding nearly the identical truck just five range roads away. He wasn't even excited when it showed up on his trailer at home. Hasn't run in 10 years.
Looks familiar inside/ The wheel and all the gauges, etc.. I had a 95 F150 5spd 4x4 that I drove to about 330k miles and it finally spun a bearing. Had the 302 and I constantly had it over loaded and towing heavy trailers and loading it down until it was a struggle bus. lol.. I loved that truck though. Extended cab, Eddie Bouer edition, with the big center console up front... After that I got a 1ton 2002 F350 7.3L 6spd 4x4, manual transfer case on the floor, manual locking hubs- 9ft flatbed, extended cab (Supercab I think they call it- same as my 95).. Probably the best truck Ford ever made and It has 340k miles and is still going strong. Apparently it's a real gem, because people are always stopping and asking me to sell it.
I used to get rounded off with my uncles on thanksgiving and try to get ol pieces of mess running on our property. We usually ended up sleeping under the bridge that ran over the place next to a fire, but sometimes we got a Detroit running and did some hillbilly stuff. #microwaved

I bought a 79 bronco with the 351m back in the day I got it to fire up and soon as it started we put it to the floor to clean out everything and all of a sudden heard a tappy tap and boom all of a sudden it had a hole in the hood! When I looked in the hole I could see all the way to the oil pan! Never saw a piston n rod go through the intake then the hood. I've seen windows in the block but never in the top
