Ciorba de perisoare cu bors si leustean | Romanian Meatball Borscht ( soup )

Ingredients : 500g Lean Pork Mince
2 Chopped Yellow Bell Peppers
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Small Zucchini
A small piece of Celery ( chopped )
1 Chopped Carrot
100g Rice
1 Chopped Parsnip
200g Tomato Passata
Freshly Chopped Lovage
Freshly Chopped Parsley
100g Frozen Green Beans
1 Knorr Chicken Cube
1 Egg
4-5tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
=============
Add oil to a stockpot , add the chopped vegetables , a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomato passata , 4 litres of warm water and a Knorr stock cube. Put the lid on and let the soup cook on medium heat until boiling point - make the meatballs in the meantime . Once the meatballs are shaped up , add them to the soup and boil for another 25-30 minutes on medium heat . When the meatballs are cooked, add black pepper and salt , borscht put the lid back on and bring to a boil again . Then turn the hob off , add the freshly chopped parsley in , freshly chopped lovage , and put the lid back on for 5 minutes to let the herbs infuse the soup . Then you can serve . Enjoy !

Arata foarte bine ciorba.Îmi place mult ciorba de perișoare ,doar ca noi nu folosim bors.
Nu am facut ciorba de perișoare cu fasole verde ,( la noi mai mult punem la cea țărănească. )
Sunt din Mureș, si folosim mai mult smântână, tarhon😂
Dar sunt sigura ca si a ta e super buna❤
