Beautiful looking Airstream. The Cummins Diesel engine must've been installed in recent years, because unless I'm mistaken, not all Airstream motorhomes were powered by a diesel engine. Most front engined Airstreams were powered by Big Block Chevy engines.
No, unfortunately Airstream only makes van type campers now, outside of their standard trailers. The last aluminum motorhomes made by them were in the 90s. Luckily, they last the test of time, and like this one, can be refitted with more modern luxuries. It only costs time and money!
