Upgrading to this because I now trust the topdon products, after purchasing the pheonix pro scanner. I have an older thermal imager and don't use it enough, just haven't developed a habit to take it out and utilize the potential, maybe I'll just have to wear it like a necklace for awhile.

If you've got a persistent leak of cold water that's causing mold it could, but if there's no temp difference then you'll just see wall.
