@kklnyt, I completely agree with you on what you said, because I also do not hate on this game, meaning that I enjoyed playing this "TASM 2 game" but for me it just got a bit repetitive and dull with the popping up news headlines everytime that I completed "The crime city events", which is just my opinion. Graphically, it sucks. The gameplay looks the same as the last one which is disappointing. I'm sure the story will be better, but I'll pass on this. I'll get it when it's cheap.
Gameplay is improved, actually. And the thing which I disliked about gameplay (in previous ASM, don't know how it is here, though) was it's repetitiveness; it had pretty good environment interaction, but it was often overused in a single mission.

At the time this is how all game trailers were done, video games weren't at the same level as Computer Generated Graphics so the Trailers (the ones with effort put in) looked miles better then game, happy to say that it's different now and games look better then the Trailers sometimes

0:29 look at how boring the city looks, just a giant straight line that leads to the other end of the map
It made the bomb missions so easy too
Spider-Man PS4 has a similar straight line but there's more traffic and detail in the textures so it doesn't look as bland.

i know this is very late but this game takes place in manhatten so the map is very similar to what real manhatten looks like, that's why there is a long straight road

The fact that this game was released on the same platform as Spider-Man 2018 is insane to me....
You do have to remember that Spider-Man 2018 had many years to be created, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 had literally a year or two to be created for the movie.
