    Hi. Ask ko po yung sa gelatine & hot water.. The more na mas marming hotwater po ba ang imix sa gelatine, the more na maging stable ung cheesecake? Natutunaw po kc ung gawa ko,buti nlng nakatub po.. Magtry na po kc ako gumawa ng nkamolder. Saka nilalagyan ko po kc ng evap milk ung cream ko pra mas mdami ang nggwa ko. Masarap nman po, concern ko lng po tlga ung pgiging stable nya kapag nkamolder lang.. Sorry po maxado ng mahaba.. Thank you po in advance sa response nyo.

      Hello po, kailangan lang na natunaw mabuti ang gelatin para mas magstable po sya.
      pwede naman po nila gawin ung water at gelatin (tunawin sa tap water, accding sa instruction pack po) ilagay nyo po sa stainless bowl at ilagay po sa kawali na may tubig at mahina po ang apoy( parang water bath po). Pwede nyo pong damihan para matansya nyo po sa texture ng recipe nyo (since naglalagay po kayo ng evap milk).. Para habang nag mimix po kayo ng cream nadidissolve n po si gelatin ng mabuti sa bowl.
      Kapag kailangan nyo na po sa recipe nyo yung gelatin, magscoop na lang po kayo ng gelatin sa bowl na nakasalang sa hot water. Icheck nyo po yung texture po ng cream, iwhip nyo ng mabuti until double in size.(evap. milk at all purpose cream must be chilled po preferably overnight, parang kapag minimix nyo pong cream hindi runny) kapag naglagay na kayo ng gelatin haluin nyo po ng mabuti para hindi mamuo ang gelatin since chilled po ang cream mixture.
      Sana po nasagot ko ang tanong po ninyo.

    I am going to use 9 inch round pan, do i have to double the recipe? Also double the gelatin & hot water? Or do you suggest to lessen the hot water?

      Hello po, pwede naman po nila idouble yung recipe, kung gusto po nila ng medyo thick yung Cheesecake pero kaya na po sa 9"round pan yung isang recipe po nito. Magiging manipis lang po sya ng kaunti. Imix nyo na lang po yung cream ng mabuti para maging fluffy sya (Make sure po super CHILLED not frozen yung All Purpose Cream para mas fluffy po ang cream)
      Ito po kasi DIY mold na ginamit ko po is 4.5"diameter at 2"height po sya with crush graham na po.
      Kung idodouble recipe po nila, about the gelatin and hotwater... double din po yung hot water kasi mahihirapan po kayo tunawin yung gelatin.
      Sana po nasagot ko ang tanong po ninyo.

      Thank you for your reply. I followed your advice to use 1 recipe with my 9” pan and tamang tama sya. Also, good thing naging thick ang cheesecake ko based on your recommendation na i should mix it really well. I made half blueberry, half strawberry for the toppings. I sent the cheesecake as gift to my sis in-law (without tasting it so i do not have any clue how it tastes, haha) and received good feedback. So thank you for your recipe! :) Now, gagawa ulit ako for our house para matikman na namin ng husband ko, very curious na ako to try.

      Hello po, pwede naman po medyo iless nyo lang po kasi may APC na po, or dagdagan nyo po ang gelatin to 15g, yung isang pack ng Knoxx gelatin po kasi 11g lang po just to make sure magfirm po ang cheesecake. Nagliliquify po kasi ang condensed milk. Not like icing sugar.
      By the way, if hindi po available sa inyo ang icing sugar... I have new upload video on how to make it.

      Hello po, yes po., after na magclear ng gelatin ihahalo po agad sya sa cream mixture, hindi na po sya palalamigin kasi po mamumuo na po sya.
      After po na maihalo sya sa cream mixture, make sure po na mablend po sya ng maigi sa cream. Sa ref or chiller lang po sya ilalagay to set po.

      Hello po, personally hindi ko pa po natatry yung liquid na whipping cream I always use Whippit Cream Paste and Frosty Whip po, dito po kasi sa dalawa although mayroon silang sukat kapag ginamit mo. Pero pwede mo po iadjust yung cold water or cold milk na ilalagay. Kung gusto mo medyo malapot or firm bawasan lang ng kaunting liquid dun sa dapat na sukat nya.
      Baka po kulang sa mix yung liquid whipping cream nyo po, or try nyo po lagyan ng kaunting icing sugar.

Huwag nyo po muna tatanggaling yung Clear kake band para hindi po sa madry, then saka nyo na lang din po ilagay yung toppings (Cream and Mango or Blueberry) kapag icoconsume nyo po para hindi rin po madry at fresh pa rin presentation.

      Then sa 50g of Frosty WHip bale 3Tbsp and 1tsp po.

      Hello po, ang selling po sa kanya P350/box sa ganyan pong size then ang ginamit ko pong box 6x6x3 at cake board 6" (katulad po ng box na ginamit ko po sa Strawberry Cheesecake ko para sakto lang.
      Pero depende po ang magiging selling price ninyo sa kung magkano po ang price ng materials at ingredients na magagamit nyo po.

      @@joyanielocsin Hello po, dagdagan nyo na lang po kaunting amt ng gelatin na gagamitin nyo. (1pack of Knox Gelatin is 8g or 1/2Tbsp po) tapos po sa boiling water nyo po sya idissolve para mas madali po syang matunaw... siguraduhin pong tunaw yung gelatin tapos derecho nyo po ibuhos sa cream mixture para hindi po agad magset , kung sakali pong nagset agad dagdagan nyo na lang po ulit ng boiling water mix ulit. Huwag nyo po ibubuhos sa cream kung nagbuo buo ung gelatin babagsak po yung Cheesecake nyo. (ung cream nyo po fluffy na po) pangfinale lang po ung gelatin. pagkabuhos nyo po ng gelatin sa cream haluin nyo po para lang po magblend. Sa ref lang po sana ilalagay para mag chill.       Hello po, yes kulang po sa gelatin mam, kaya hindi po sya nagseset. Need po na tunawin mabuti ang gelatin bago po ilagay sa cream tapos imix po sila para magblend. Ref/Chiller nyo lang po ilagay. HUWAG po sa Freezer. Thankie and God bless.

      Hello po, ask ko lang ito po bang recipe ginamit nyo po? Ask ko na rin po ang ginamit na gelatin? Kailangan po kasing matunaw mabuti ung gelatin sa hot water bago po ilagay sa cream mixture. Then sa chiller lang po sya ilalagay to set. Intayin ko po response nyo... God bless.

      @@dethandal1800 Hello po, if gagawin nyo po business ang baking or madalas po kayo magbebake kailangan din po nila mag invest ng mixer. Although may mga recipe na pwede ninyo imanual mix, kailangan nga lang po ng matinding kalakasan at saka po para mas mabilis maachieve yung required na texture... ex. po meringue.       Yung gelatin lang po kasi ang maghohold sa Cheesecake para maging stable po.

    Yung unang napanood ko Add ng cold water(50ml) sa gelatine (8grams) then leave for 10 mins then tunawin siya using hot water 😅 I follow the instructions pero di siya nag melt at naging paste lang siya 😂 sana napanood ko to ng mas maaga para ito nalang sinunod ko 😂😂😂 try ulit ako sa susunod 😂😂😂

      Hello po, pede po nila dagdagan yung Butter, tapos haluin pong mabuti ung Graham at butter. (itest nyo if ok, kuha po kayo small amt tapos pigain nyo po sa kamay nyo kailangan po na buo po sya) Then ipress nyo ng mabuti sa container, then ilagay sa ref or freezer para magset po ang Butter sa Graham.       Hello po, hindi po sya nagmemelt mam. Nilagyan nyo po ba ng gelatin? saka kailangan po matunaw ng mabuti ung gelatin (with hot water) kapag inilagay po sa cream mixture. Tapos imix po para magblend. Chiller lang po sya ilagay.
