With so much evidence of your safety, boundaries, and security being disrespected, I couldn't believe it. I hate so much that this all has happened to you. However, know that your honesty and transparency through this entire situation speaks volumes to your strength, patience, and character. When I was a junior in HS I had a stalker pull a chair into my room, sit down and watch me while I slept. I had him admitting to this in writing and the police did nothing. I was terrified for years and eventually moved from Michigan to Washington to get away from him. This stuff isn't taken seriously enough. I hope "Bob" leaves you alone 😔

It’s absolutely disgusting how the justice system/police fail to protect the victims of stalking/bullying/assault/sexual assault/domestic violence etc or not take it seriously until it’s too late & someone ends up hurt or killed. (Hopefully that never happens to you of course, it’s unfortunately the reality for so many & it’s horrible, especially because in almost every situation the victim was repeatedly crying out for help & the police either did nothing/didn’t care or the courts failed them & let the stalker/abuser walk free) On the other hand, it’s crazy how someone who happens to get a non violent, misdemeanor such as a simple possession charge … the court would go through great lengths to prosecute these people, yet these violent monsters walk free, just to potentially harm others down the road. What is wrong with the legal system where people are allowed take on the case that don’t want to in the first place….if there is nobody that is able to take the case in a certain time period then the person being charged in question should be contained (in jail)

Everything about this is just so wrong. In California they would’ve done so much more to make sure that stalker got the message. I’ve had cops call my stalker ex to tell him to stop. Go to his house. If they couldn’t find him they will put a warrant out for his arrest because he was so dangerous. Like seriously. This is how and why so many women get hurt or worse in these situations. So sorry you gotta deal with this. All while you’re in college too. That is something you shouldn’t have to be worrying about.

charge the state's atty with "prosecutorial misconduct". it's a real thing. i would start by contacting the Bar Association in your state. there are forms, etc that you have to fill out and submit, stating your case and the prosecutorial misconduct that you alledge is occurring. the best of luck to you. i hope this helps. stay sweet. ciao.
I'm sorry but what prosecutor doesn't deal with felony cases? That can't be true. A state prosecutor deals with all cases. Especially since when someone is first charged with anything, they typically go charge crazy and pin on a bunch of misdemeanors and at least 1-3 felony's until they figure out what they're gonna have stick then knock it down to just 1-4 charges on a case. So that's insane. And even if he was new, he would've been on hundreds of cases assisting before actually becoming a prosecutor himself. So something weird is definitely going on his. I'm sorry you're at the shitty end of this you don't deserve that.

I've only just seen this now, along with the previous videos. This sounds absolutely terrifying and I really hope this gets sorted and you can enjoy life without living in fear due to this creep.
As someone who lives around that area this is absolutely disgusting! this is why sadly so many people stalking victims end up on far worse situations, not saying that any stalking situation isn't bad, and harmful on multiple levels but you see people have T.V. show made about their stalker put them in the hospital,etc. I'm glad you are doing better overall now! but after all that evidence how was he going to give him community service? when he turned down all those options he should of known Bob didn't feel bad about what he had done! that guy picked the wrong field to work in!

Everything about this is just so wrong. In California they would’ve done so much more to make sure that stalker got the message. I’ve had cops call my stalker ex to tell him to stop. Go to his house. If they couldn’t find him they will put a warrant out for his arrest because he was so dangerous. Like seriously. This is how and why so many women get hurt or worse in these situations. So sorry you gotta deal with this. All while you’re in college too. That is something you shouldn’t have to be worrying about.

charge the state's atty with "prosecutorial misconduct". it's a real thing. i would start by contacting the Bar Association in your state. there are forms, etc that you have to fill out and submit, stating your case and the prosecutorial misconduct that you alledge is occurring. the best of luck to you. i hope this helps. stay sweet. ciao.

I'm sorry but what prosecutor doesn't deal with felony cases? That can't be true. A state prosecutor deals with all cases. Especially since when someone is first charged with anything, they typically go charge crazy and pin on a bunch of misdemeanors and at least 1-3 felony's until they figure out what they're gonna have stick then knock it down to just 1-4 charges on a case. So that's insane. And even if he was new, he would've been on hundreds of cases assisting before actually becoming a prosecutor himself. So something weird is definitely going on his. I'm sorry you're at the shitty end of this you don't deserve that.
