Nice content. All modern scooters are really capable of doing long rides. Just to share my recent experience i rode my wife's activa 125 from chennai to trivandrum in just 13.5 hrs (Started at 5:00am and reached Trivandrum @ 18:30 ). Strategy was to minimise long breaks and keep on moving. So i stopped at petrol pumps after covering 130-150 kms intervals refilled around 3-4 liters each time (full tank). I carried lunch and need not had to spend time at restaurants. My longest break was for having lunch for which i took around 20 minutes. The worrying aspect during the trip was the limited fuel capacity of the scooter but suprising factor was the stability and the way it handled cross winds. I was cruising mostly @75-85 kmph as i wasn't comfortable with the engine graul above this speed. So folks scooters are really capable of for long rides so nothing to worry on this. Hope this info helps someone.
