    Love the sweet purple and pink rides by the metal brake. Nice touch with the handlebar tassels. A true taste of garage sharing with the kid's bikes.

      @@PuddinsFabShop as an old dog I watched you laying out parallel lines. A company I did development and prototyping for may have some simple hand tools to help with laying out stuff . I'm 52 and I've been making stuff more dangerous for about 50 of them. I survived sticking a metal screwdriver into a 240volt socket 13amps at 2 years old after watching my dad use matchsticks to make a plug. I will reach out to them on your behalf if you would like.     Love your eng. on the front end of the fenders the cross member was the right choice in my open. good work . Now on to the fenderwells and battery box.

    Really solid work man. That battery tray is what every battery tray wishes they were. You know how you're always telling us to go work on our projects? Well, the way you did your tray makes me want to commit to redoing my battery tray in my LS swap jeep cherokee because my battery situation is similar to how yours was here. Keep up the great work.

    I am here because @DEBOSS GARAGE recommendation, and until now I had never heard of a Travelall. Love the work you are doing and your commentary is just right. However being from a part of the world where the metric system rules (Australia) I struggle a bit with 1/8s 3/16s and all the other fractions of an inch.

    I’d use a small racing battery move it under dash or behind under bench also put master cylinder under floor pan tuck and clean engine bay awesome work ! ! !

    I know ls engine swaps are the greatest choice , but I'm a great fan of the original harvester engine. I used to work on them , powerful and last forever with the simple holley carbs they came with.

    Are the rivets that you are using threaded? I see that you were putting the bolts in with the impact driver. Awesome video's!!! Thanks!

      Yes, they are nut serts. They thread onto the tool and “rivet” them in and then unscrew the tool and your left with a threaded hole for a bolt

    I like using nutserts. I’ve been looking for a air gun. My old job had a few for 1/4 20 ‘serfs. Used them everywhere.

    Have you ever tried tacking the nutserts to prevent them from spinning? Just a thought, anytime I use them shits they want to spin. Maybe I'm not installing them correctly I guess.
