Ingredients
Dry
3 cups of cake flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoons salt
Wet ingredients
5 eggs, 3 cup of sugar, 2 sticks of soften unsalted butter, 1/2 stick of butter shortening
1 teaspoon of lemon extract, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of buttermilk
Glaze
2 cups of powder sugar, 1/2 stick of soften unsalted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract, 1/2 teaspoon on lemon extract, 2 tablespoons of milk, 2 teaspoons lemon juice - บันเทิง
I made this cake 11/11/2021. It is DEE-LISHUS!!! Moist...lemony...fluffy.. The only thing I changed was cooking time...1hr 10min at 325deg, instead of 1hr 30 minutes.

Girl let that drizzle down and not help it. The leftover pour it in the middle hole and when one wants extra frosting they'll take it from the middle. Wow that cake just looks like it's good. 👍
