An FID weight bench like the BlackWing is superior to your standard adjustable weight bench since it supports decline presses. This weight bench is a true beast with an 11-gauge steel build and a 1,000-pound weight capacity, and it offers vertical storage.
But what really steals the show with this bench is the redesigned ZeroGap™ seat pad that eliminates the annoying pad gap that we all dread. Because of the attention to detail and high-quality construction, the BlackWing will cost you around $600. So while it might not be the best option for everyone, those who can make it fit in their budget can expect a lifetime of use. Here's the breakdown of our video:

Great review! So informative, def helped push me toward the Black Wing!
Beautiful adjustable bench
Great review. Like the quality of the bench but concerned about moving it within a small area.
Any seat wiggle side to side play or the seat holds up tight?
It holds tight! The pop-pin used to slide the seat can be tightened when necessary to make it more secure.
@@Barbend does it get annoying to keep adjusting the seat and tightening the pop in whenever you raise or lower the back pad? I feel a regular ladder system is faster and easier to adjust with less steps involved.
It honestly stays pretty tight overall, so I usually don't tighten it. Plus, the adjustment process is worth not dealing with a pad gap IMO.
Did you get the wide pad or standard pad on your bench?
The standard!
I got wide not sure if I'd like it and I love it.
This one or the 5200 2.0?
I think it just depends on whether you want the two extra decline angles on the 5200, or if you want the zero gap on the BlackWing!
@@Barbend what are the decline angles ?
you know how many times you said you know?
