Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well and leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
1 egg. Separate the yolk from the protein.
The yeast has dissolved.
Add egg white. 90 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
Now keep mixing.
Add another 100 g of flour.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
The dough should be medium soft.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
40 minutes later.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud. 😊.
Roll into a large ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Make a ball out of each piece of dough.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm.
Now it's time to form our bread.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Fasten the edges.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
We make the second bread.
Repeat the same process as in the past.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
Lubricate them with water.
Flour.
Make cuts with a knife.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
It was great.
It came out very nice and tasty.
I definitely recommend this recipe.

Você fez alguma alteração na receita além de trocar a farinha de trigo comum pela a integral? A quantidade foi a mesma?
