The videos were very simple and informative, deviсe is easy for us, and my dog is eager to come to attention. learning fast to obey commands with this device. He is a very curious puppy and easily distracted so I am able to get his attention the first time I push the button sound and he pays attention.

If only my device which has been charging overnight had actually charged.
The LED is still red.
It should have charged by now. And it's new, I only got it yesterday.

Hello John! Thank you for your comment. There's a hole on the bottom panel of the device. Insert the loop attached to the ring into the hole. Pull the loop through the second hole. Put the ring through the loop. You can press the button to adapt it so that you can wear it around your neck or your wrist.
Hi! You say it works on dogs up to 8 years old. I have a 10 year old Ridge Back, inherited form my ex. He is impossible for me to control and I need to move house. I'm very worried about where I will be able to take him because he barks so much and rarely does as he's told. Often out of control. I cannot walk him, thank God I have a HUGE garden but I will not have when I move! WILL THIS WORK ON A 10 YEAR OLD 35 KILO DOG??? .... Please help, I'm desperate. 😢I 🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️💝💝💝
Hi! We're really sorry for the late reply. We totally understand your concern. Unfortunately, we don't recommend using the Ultrasonic on dogs over 8 years, because such dogs might have hearing problems and the device wouldn't have any effect. We can suggest you trying our Dog Training Collar (with a remote), so that you can influence your dog once he barks or misbehaves. Hi Mary! Yes, you can, but please make sure that there's no obstacles like walls or fences between you and the dog and it's within 16.4 ft from you.
