I resonated a lot with her discussion about hobbies. We need to provide productive hobbies to our women. Watching dramas or listening to music is NOT a hobby! Idk when and why stitching and sewing became inferior because that is such a great hobby to have (along with other ones)!

Impressive. I've been lucky enough to see her and her husband at work. They've built a truly remarkable organization. You couldn't hope for a better place to develop your career. It's filled with energy, creativity, and encourages taking the lead. Everything you can ask to succeed in your career is in their workplace.

Rent seeking is in our blood.
Despite having a successful managed services provider business and and instead of expanding the service to compete with wipro, tcs etc, they are expanding into real estate because its easy money by selling files.
Speaks enough of their mindset and ethics

Worked in her organization for three years. Have not seen any fresh grads being hired. She mentioned she is looking problem solver but reality is they are always looking for people who can start working from day one because they do not want to invest in training those people. No quality of work at all because you are forced to work on shorter timelines so that they can charge more to client for delivering something early.
