I would like to know what exactly is considered “abnormal spotting”. I’m 60 years old and just had another period after 9 months of no periods. My period ended 12 days ago, and I’m now having some spotting.

I'm having this abnormal bleeding after my period, had a month bleeding, stopped for a few days now started again. I have cramps. Some people say this is normal perimenopause I'm 48.

Had ultra scan, they found thickening 21mm in endometrious lining and cystic spacing with prominent vascualr within, being reffered to gynologist.

Been having little bleeding and ce4vis seems enlarged and frequent urinary and havebt had period since september bit my mucus is heavy almost like yeast but it seems different. Have cramps. They say uti...but seems different
