Just gotta say, I really appreciate that you always take a moment to showcase the spines.
I love black hammer. There's just so much h now.
I’m glad they sent you stuff! Hope they, um to put it politely, use their brains and reprint more than a few things!
How is my brother doing? Also I'm trying to talk them into doing some reprints for some books that have been gone for 10 years in HC format
@@NearMintCondition I’m doing alright, man:) How about yourself? Hope the new year has been good to ya!
Really awesome to hear that. I hope they come through! Even if they don’t I appreciate you trying
I'm hoping Dark Horse reprints some of their classics like Ring of The Nibelung. (And I wouldn't mind seeing Marvel/DC style omnibuses of Black Hammer and Harrow County!)
Definitely getting Blackwood
Blackwood looks awesome.
I’d call Shinjuku an Illustrated Edition novel. Looks ace too.
Got the second main Black Hammer library edition for Christmas so I'm excited to read it, and get the "World of" books, I loved the first one!
Waiting patiently for Harrow County Library Editions vol. 2 & 3. 😇
Excellent work as always. Those Harrow County library editions are dope. I have the omnis and want Tales but it feels weird switching formats.
I really really hope they are reprinted one day.
Already have two of them. ;) Hey Omar are we going to have more of these Tales from HC's ?
Super👍
Thanks for showing tales of harrow county next to the other spines. Funny you didn't have them in the correct order ;-)
Good catch. :)
LONE WOLF AND CUB, GUNSMITH CATS, TRIGUN.
Hoping for Harro County Reprint the library edition! I only have vol 1 😢
I'd like to pick up harrow county but the fact that the original library is out of print, keeps me from wanting to.
I hope they reprint Harrow County
I just read my copy of World of Black Hammer vol 4 last night. The stories were good but probably the weakest of the bunch. Now I'm trying to decide if Black Hammer: Visions is worth getting since it's not written by Lemire.
Noice!
I remember watching Sin City and seeing Rosario Dawson. I’ve been a fan of her ever since. I think I’m going to pick the book up.
You haven't read it brother?
@@NearMintCondition, i didn’t know it was a comic. If it wasn’t Marvel or DC I knew nothing about it.
@@Grimlock987 You're in for a treat, man, they are ridiculously good. If you enjoy those I highly suggest Ronin. Different setup but Frank Miller at his best.
@@Krypton_Ken, I’ll definitely check it out. I loved Frank Miller when he was writing Daredevil.
@@Grimlock987 He's great, I still read Batman Year One and Dark Knight Returns every few years and I'm blown away each time.
How many volumes of Tales/Harrow County will there be? I've got the 4 main books and wanna keep it going!
These choices for reprinting this classic material, are very misguided indeed. Why not give the true appearance of a 40’s or 50’s printed comic? Those bright colors are too saturated and the glossy paper only make them worst! Sheesh
You aren't going to get the true appearance of the original comics even with the original coloring, and this is a good thing because almost nobody really wants that.
Most of the Marvel/DC onnis use the original colors, but printed on high quality paper instead of purple and with modern printing methods instead of all those colored dots. Those two differences alone are a massive change. It's like comparing a 4K restored movie vs a worn VHS. It's painful for me to look at the original golden and silver age stuff compared to an omni.
@@maximusmagni1 If you to see what I mean check the Marvel Comics Library. Spider-Man. Vol. 1. 1962-1964 from Taschen. See the difference concerning the colours and paper choice.
oh yeah one more thing today is my birthday
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, my dood!
thank u😎
Happy birthday!!
@@just23bulls thank u
I hope they reprint Harrow County. I'm only missing volume 3.
yo omar can u put the price on the screen so I can see how much comic books cost I'm thinking about getting into comics
He tells you how much they all are, if you live in America CGN has discount prices.
@@mattthompson3371 ok thanks I'm from america
@@blackdragon6718 if you have the choice I'd go with instocktrades over cheap graphic novels, they're usually cheaper, and have free shipping if your order is over 50$. CGN charges like 8$ for shipping and depending on where you live might take longer as well.
@@brandon17760 I can get cheap comics from instocktrades I'm from houston tx
@@brandon17760 AS a guy that shops everywhere, I can say this isn't always the case and neither is the Instock part of the name anymore.
