Hi. Thank you for that! Just to verify, after the reset I will have set it up in the app before I can start using it as a Bluetooth speaker, just like when it is new out of the box. Is that correct?

Hi! Yes, for the Bluetooth-functionality to start working the speaker needs to be setup once in Wi-Fi. Also be aware that it seems that in order for Bluetooth to keep working the speaker also need to keep being powered after had been connected to Wi-Fi. If you for example move the speaker (after setting it up using the app) to another household the Bluetooth-function again will not work until the speaker have been connected to Wi-Fi. At least that the answer I got from a user there who had contacted Sonos asking about it ( in this video I made: th-cam.com/video/0zgYkrFjsWU/w-d-xo.html ). However as long as the speaker stays powered in the same place and has been setup in the app, Bluetooth should keep working without any issues :-) Have a good day/night :-) // Chris

Hi! As long as you are using Sonos official Line-in-adapter it should work (third party adapters will most likely not work). If it doesn´t with the original adapter and a factory reset is not helping then my guess is that either the adapter or the USB-C-connection on the speaker is faulty somehow. Something that you should definitely be able to solve through warranty. I´d start with the cable :-) Also it might be worth hearing with Sonos support, they usually answer very quickly. Contact information (and chat) can be found here: support.sonos.com/en/contact Hope you´re able to solve it! // Chris
